I am filing a complaint against Allstate regarding a claim from a car accident on May 27, 2025, in which I was the not-at-fault driver. I was rear-ended by a 20-year-old driver covered under an Allstate policy.I have made multiple attempts to contact the assigned adjuster by phone and text without any response. I was transferred several times, including to a manager, and left on hold for over 35 minutes with no resolution.I was told to rent a car from Enterprise and pay out of pocket, and that I would be reimbursed later. However, I have not received any written confirmation about how much they will cover or how many days are approved. I do not feel comfortable paying out of pocket without something in writing. My vehicle is scheduled to be dropped off at the repair shop on Monday, and I still have no rental car support arranged.I have also sent a written complaint to Allstates claims department and received no reply. on april 29th 2024 i was traveling on ************ and ******** in ******** ********. i was traveling on the right lane when all of a sudden a car came out of the far right lane and made a left turn right on to my vehicle causing damage to the right front end of my car. i was left confused and ask the guy what happend why was he making a left turn from the far right lane he said he was making a u-turn. i was in the *********** and he was in the right lane when all of a sudden he collied into my car. attached i send you a link where you can see how accident occured and the handling adjuster handling this claim has been giving me a problem to repair my car. i have sent her videos gave her statements and put me 80% at fault when their insured made an illegal u-turn from far right lane into my car. arguing the claim now she put me 30% at fault. their insured made an illegal u-turn on to on coming traffic causing the accident. attach i send you a link where a video can be seen. this adjuster handling my file does not have the experience to make such a decision. i have been fighting this claim with Allstate casualty insurance since the date of lost and as of yet my car has not been fixed nor has adjuster been sent to body shophttps://www.youtube.com/shorts/0YX4UP-KVI8?feature=share please review video i do not know what else to do. my car is at a storage yard collecting storage the car is un-drivable. allstate claim handlers are not investigating claims i sent her a video that took a month to get reviewed and we are left in there mercy and im loosing money on a everyday basis doing investigation for allstate where they should be doing that. i do not understand what is going on. my claim number is ********** the claim handler Rose ************ and every time i call this individual she gets upset that im bothering her day all i need is my car fixedInitial Complaint

My loss occurred on July 16, 2023, because I was scammed for six of my personal Chanel bags. Since filing my claim, its been nothing but stress and frustration. On April 26, 2024, I was offered a $200 settlement offer for an approximately $50,000 loss. ******************************** falsely claimed that those Chanel bags were associated with business. My business has been closed for nearly two years while I overcome my medical condition. I've been collecting Chanel since I was 16 years old, and this information is in all my statements and my EUO. *********************** gave no explanation for why she thinks my personal collection is for business. It's bizarre that it took her this long to come up with these false allegations when she had all the information to do since last year.Adjuster ********************************* assessment of my Chanel bags was very ignorant. I was infuriated that she evaluated my Chanel bags with a 90% depreciation value. My timeless and classic flaps will only appreciate over time not depreciate. I have had my Chanel bags stolen before and been offered full value from other insurance companies. I was sure that this was ********************************* first time evaluating Chanel bags, but she informed me that it wasn't. What's more infuriating is that the settlement letter states I would have to forfeit my Chanel bags to Allstate if I recovered them after my claim. It's beyond infuriating to think that if I decided to put myself in harm's way to recover my personal property, I would have to turn it over to Allstate. This sounds like an extortion attempt to me. Many people have stolen from me, and now Allstate is doing the same through their claim process.There are more disturbing details from my claim process that cant fit into this complaint, but I feel discriminated against and request that an investigation be conducted into *********************** and *****************************. Over the summer a rain / wind storm came through and blew back the shingles on our roof as well as knocked a tree down on another part of our roof. We contacted Allstate (our home owners insurance). They sent out someone to take pictures and measurements to determine the cost to fix it. The adjuster then sent out a check but it was only for one area and didn't take into account the full damage (which they were aware of because their guy was the person that came out and took the pictures and measurements). Finally the adjuster sent a second check. I called her to review the claim and asked specifically if the second check took into account the first check. I thought the claim was all set and the work was completed. Our neighbor has a construction business and his people completed the work. They found additional damage to the roof but were able to complete it with our "friends and family" discount. I never took pictures or requested more money from Allstate because I thought this issue was resolved. Now, months later I got a call on Sunday saying I owe them money. First, it's upsetting that I am now paying for Allstate's error. Second, it's very unprofessional to call on a Sunday and not provide me anything in writing stating what I owe and why I owe it. I am considering moving all of my Allstate policies to State Farm or another company. Very unprofessional in helping with my claim.Initial Complaint
