September 28, 2022. I contacted this company, ***************************, and ***********************, to notify them of hours coming due. They still sent in an incomplete paperwork PKG. My son did have 3 hours of speech. My sons speech therapy was denied because of this, so it went to zero. They had to write an appeal. It took them several weeks to hire an evaluator and to schedule an appt. This evaluator was new, did not know how to write an effective eval, she only recommend one hour, when she should have recommended at least two hours. They just started this evaluation team and never had one before this time. they always hired out for this. So this team is new on writing evaluations. I have contacted them to rewrite another appeal for two hours, this will benefit my son immensely. They are refusing, they are not for the client, and do not want to take ownership of their mistakes. This is not the first time this company has made numerous mistakes like this. For the past three years. I have had to contact them about these types of issues. The therapists are very good, but the management is terrible and difficult to deal with, they do like like to take ownership of their mistakes. They just told me to find another speech company. In my opinion,Unfortunately, there will be other clients behind us, so they will not lose out. They do not care about losing clients. They are just out for the money and not the service.
