1 starI was looking for a gift for an 8-year-old's birthday. I bid on a hockey card, but I was outbid, so I bought something else instead. Days later, I received an email saying I had won the bid, and I thought it was a mistake. Then, I got email after email warning me that they would pull money from my card, which was once on file, plus a 30% restocking fee and more. I ended up checking out. At this point, I found out I could pay one-third of the price on **** for the same card. I paid for it anyway. I was so scared if they will non-stop charging me and almost have to cancel my credit card *** missed me, and the package was supposed to be returned, but then the package got lost. At this point, I'm out close to $170 just for a lost package. I emailed customer service twice, but received no reply and no refund as well. BUYER BEWARE ... I feel so miserable about the whole experience. It was a big Lost for me. I won't be shopping in US site anymore.Pristine Auction

5 starsI have been a buyer and a seller at Pristine for years now. The vast majority of my experiences with the company have been great! In the event of an issue, it is taken care of quickly and professionally. I have read a number of other reviews on here and it is clear to me that some users did not read the policies or fully understand how the site operates prior to buying or selling. In my experience selling across numerous platforms, I continue coming back to Pristine because of the way they do business. I would 100% recommend.Pristine Auction

1 starThere are better auction platforms. If you are selling, just be aware. They get paid and charge there ridiculous fees regardless how they post your items. I had a $300+ item get posted to the 10 minute auction, which it didn't do well. They also, took forever to post a ****** ******** card, which was communicated that I would like for it be posted on ****** ******** day. They didn't post it til 4 days after. Not happy with them, and will not buy or sell with them again.Pristine Auction

Your card arrived on March 31st, 2025. While we strive for quick processing and listed it within our standard 2-8 week timeframe (as per our email correspondence), we were unable to meet your desired listing date, which was just 15 days after receipt. For future listings with specific timing needs, we recommend sending in your items significantly earlier.
Regarding your items going into the ten minute auction format, you do have the ability to remove your items from going into that format. Based on what we were able to see your items went into another format prior to the ten minute and did not receive a bid to meet the minimum and was moved into the ten minute.

1 starThis company is a scam!!!! ******. You will win items. Then they will send only 1 or 2 of the items and leave out the most expensive ones. They won't talk to you on the phone for help. They make you email them, which turns to you running in circles and having to contest the charges with your bank.. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!Review fromJOHN L

2 starsPristine Auction's insufficient item categorization and processing led to unforeseen *** charges totaling $100 for shipping, handling, taxes, and fees on a $200 order of pre-owned merchandise. Subsequently, ***'s failure to properly process the shipment necessitated me requesting credit card chargeback as two months later after Pristine Auction was still declining to issue a refund for the undelivered goods. 1 starI recently bought two autograph items with COA's from this auction and paid over $20 US to have it shipped to ******. When it arrived the product was as described however there was no COA and I had to pay over $40 more for *** COD. When I reached out to the company there was no response. Buyer beware and if it seems too good to be true it probably is. Stay away from this site as it seems to be a money grab with limited business ethics.Review fromMichael D

1 starSold complete different item than what the auction had showed. Gave them proof and they did not care. Complete scammers. Be extra careful when you get an item from them. Also, the so called certificate of authority doesnt even appear to match. Stay away. Going to have to go to court over this.
