    In August 2023, I paid $15,000 to Air AI with the understanding that their MAX dialer system would be delivered and operational within ******************************************************************************* their onboarding email:"You will be able to use Max in about 714 days, as mentioned on the onboarding call :)."That never happened.For months I repeatedly followed up, only to receive vague excuses about third-party delays and promises of updates that never came. The MAX dialer was never delivered at all, despite my persistent outreach and their repeated assurances that it was coming in just a few days.I requested a refund under their 3x money-back guarantee, but Air AI refused, citing a six-month usage condition. This is misleading. Their own failure to deliver the product within a reasonable time voided any opportunity for me to use the system as intended. Reasonable time is a basic principle of contract law, and Air AI did not uphold their ****** a result, I am now out $15,000, with no functional product, no support, and no accountability from Air AI. This company overpromises, underdelivers, and hides behind contract loopholes when they fail to meet their obligations.I am filing this complaint in the hopes that others will not fall victim to the same misrepresentations, and that Air AI will finally be held accountable. At a minimum, I want my $15,000 refunded as originally promised under their guarantee.

    Subject: Complaint Regarding Unused Software and False Advertising I have been a customer of ****** for 18 months and have been unable to use their software due to ongoing issues. Despite my efforts to reach out multiple times, ****** has failed to respond, return my calls, or offer a resolution to the problems I have faced in using the product.I feel that their advertisements were misleading and did not accurately represent the functionality of the software. The inability to use the software has caused significant inconvenience, and I have requested a refund or credit for the time Ive been unable to utilize the service. However, despite my repeated requests, ****** has not taken any action.Their lack of communication and failure to deliver the product as advertised has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I believe they are engaging in false advertising and are not honoring the service agreement.I am requesting that this issue be addressed immediately, and that I be either granted a full refund or credit for the months the software has been unusable.

    We have been seeking a refund of $13,500 for services we were never provided. After accepting payment the company would only communicate via text message for a few weeks. All of our requests for calls were ignored.When we finally requested a refund after full violation of our agreement, we were ignored. I have personally reached out to multiple Air.AI employees via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, text message, you name it. No one will respond. We have been requesting this refund for several months now.

    I am writing to you as the Founder and CEO of Aegisbyte LLC, concerning the outstanding refund of $13,500 from Air LLC for a service that was never provided. This letter serves as a formal demand for immediate action regarding the refund that was confirmed by you but has yet to be processed.On January 19th, Aegisbyte LLC made a payment of $13,500 to Air LLC for services that were subsequently not rendered. Following our attempts to resolve this matter, you, *************************, one of the founders of Air LLC, communicated via email the intent to refund the total amount. In this correspondence, you requested our wire information. You proposed a payment plan due to your current fundraising activities, suggesting an initial payment of $4,500 followed by two additional payments in the same amount at four-week intervals.Despite my agreement to your proposal under the condition that the full refund of $13,500 is expedited immediately to avoid legal action, and after providing the necessary account information for the refund, no remittance or further communication from your end addresses this issue satisfactorily.Given the severity of this situation and its impact on our operations, I demand an immediate resolution. We have acted in good faith, awaiting the promised refund, yet we find ourselves compelled to escalate this matter due to the lack of follow-through on your part.If the full refund of $13,500 is not processed and confirmed received by Aegisbyte LLC within 48 hours from the receipt of this letter, we will have no choice but to seek legal recourse to recover the owed amount. This letter serves as a final warning before we initiate legal proceedings against Air LLC and any involved parties for the recovery of the full amount, in addition to any applicable damages and legal fees.Your prompt attention to this matter is not only expected but required. I urge you to address this issue immediately to avoid further legal actions.
