      This should be a ZERO STAR review. When we heard that the Baseball Classic was coming to Chase field we promptly invited parents and our adult children to town ( they came from ********). We purchased tickets for Sunday and Monday night games. We knew Sunday nights game would be very busy so we splurged a little and purchased the all you came eat seats. We thought this would be easier for our parents to get around and enjoy peanuts popcorn a soda and good ole hotdog. The morning of the game we received an email letting us know that Chase Field would not honor the terms of the tickets we purchased. They decided NOT to offer the all you can eat. They apologized for the inconvenience. They offered no compensation. I called the ticket office and the customer service representative blamed Ticketmaster and the *** for the misunderstanding. **** told me that although this was not the ************ fault they would offer a resolution. She told me we would receive and email or a phone call letting us know how they would make it right. Here I sit at the game drinking a $9 bottle water, which should have been included with the tickets we purchased. Why were we not told about this earlier waiting until the day of the event is BAIT AND SWITCH and unethical.
