    I had the worst experience with *********************, at first he talked to me really professional and promised me he was going to be there for me if I had any questions. After signing the contract and paying him half upfront all I got was work with his helper which he ended up quitting his job and **** was always busy and mad to talk to me. I paid everything he requested and he had his money way before it was even due and all I got was a nightmare, after city plans came out from review he didnt want to talk to my contractor maybe because I didnt want go with his construction company since his price was way over priced. After I told him I only wanted his ***************** and not his construction service which I never even asked he was being pushy trying for me to get my construction by his overpriced company. He than didnt even want to cross a word with my contractor and even worst was extremely ride to him and me, he was a jerk about everything and delaying everything we requested for and didnt even want to talk to us he wanted us to email him and wait until he had time to reply maybe days after. After getting more involved I find out he didnt even over looked at the plans his helper did and didnt even look at the right codes that my building needed all my mechanical was wrong none of my exterior was submitted and had lots of things that werent even done correctly. Worst mistake I did in this project going with such unprofessional rude person. I ended paying double for a new architect to fix all the issues **** did to my building plans and resubmit them to the city Ended costing me way more money and time Very unprofessional and rude he was always screaming at me making me feel like I didnt know what he was talking about, obviously if I am paying for an architect its because I am not familiar with city regulations and whats needed if I had questions he was always rude and sarcastic. Be aware of this man and business
