1 starI came into the office 12/20 to look at an apartment and worked with a leasing agent. During the tour of a vacant apartment, I advised I have my own washer and dryer. The leasing agent responded that the current w/d could be removed and $50 would be deducted from the monthly rent. He then showed me the location of apartment which was due to be available end of January. I agreed and we proceeded with securing the apartment by submitting an application which had a $50 fee that I paid for on my debit card. The total was $53.95. The leasing agent advised I would need to submit my notice to vacate to my current property before he could proceed with the application. Which I did the next day and put my apartment back on ****************/22. I contacted the leasing agent the morning of 12/22 and he advised he had not been able to draw up the paperwork yet. I contacted him later that afternoon and he advised he still did not have everything ready that it would be the next day 12/23. I contacted the leasing agent the morning of 12/23 and while he was quoting me the rent I inquired why the cost was not reflecting the removal of the washer and dryer. He then advised he made a mistake and the w/d had to stay. I advised the leasing agent this was a deal breaker and requested he see what he could do to change it to reflect what he told me before we started the application process. He advised the manager was not in the office and he could not make the change without her approval. Later that morning he called back and advised he dialed my number by mistake but that he did speak to his manager and the w/d had to stay in the unit. Once I got off the phone I contacted my current property and withdrew my notice to vacate. Fortunately, my current apartment had not been leased.Review fromKevin R

1 starDO NOT RENT HERE !!!! The manager ***** is rude and not helpful at all. I lived there from April **** thru June 2023. I had 5 different flood/water leaks over that time period and it took at least 2 1/2 weeks or more to repair the damages. The last water leak in the closet damaged personal property (and this was the second time in the same place), the manager ***** said "there is nothing we can do". There was no offer of compensation or nothing during all of the repairs. The people who have dogs let them s*** everywhere and even the sidewalks and they do not pick up after their pets. If there is a good rain, the middle and back parking lots flood and you have to walk thru deep water to get to your cars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE AND I AM GETTING THIS WORD OUT EVERYWHERE I CAN. I HAVE CONTACTED THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WESTERN WEALTH COMMUNITIES OUT OF *******, ******* AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE. DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review fromSkylar D

1 starThe office staff at ******** Apartments in **** gave me wrong information multiple times. When I CALMLY (and I have the email to prove it) tried to work the situation out with the manager who refused to work with me until I filed a complaint through WWC Website, she denied they ever gave me the wrong information which I cannot make up or pull out or thin air. She also refused to work with me via a payment plan and told me I have to wait for the $7000 they are very WRONGFULLY charging me to hit my credit and work it out with a collections agency. Why did I get an email offering a payment plan??? They know NOTHING! And do have the nerve to say I owe them $7000 when they are giving out very wrong information to the tenants? And had the ***** to tack on $**** in damages to the apartment?! That apartment did not have **** in damages thats then charging me for the s*** they REFUSED to fix after putting in MULTIPLE requests. ******** at that complex is not a good manager and that staff is absolutely sneaky with adding fees on to the lease each month that we had to constantly call and get removed.I also have an eviction on my background from them in December?? How can that be when I have proof rent was paid IN FULL for December plus we just moved out June 24th?! Lets not forget the roaches they refused to take care of after the downstairs neighbors moved out! I am ******. I have never had an experience like this with renting ever. My last complex didnt even need to charge a cleaning fee. Absolutely disgusting staff. They know what they did making me $7000 in debt WRONGFULLY which is why they refuse to answer me!Review fromShaavon G

We are sorry to hear that your experience at one of our Western Wealth communities has not been up to your standards, as we strive to provide a superior customer service and a nice place to call home to all of our residents. Our managers are hands on leaders and attempt to address all of our customers needs, although we understand that this isn't always to your satisfaction, and we apologize for this. We also have programs that assist our residents in their finances such as flex payment options, Rent Plus that helps boost your credit, as well as partnerships with shelters to shutters. We value our residents and will continue to operate with a people-first mindset. 1 starOverall my experience living here wasn't bad, and my interactions with staff were good, but when I moved out things turned south. I had purchased a home and made sure to review the procedures with staff there in order to be sure that I followed the proper steps when breaking my lease to avoid any unnecessary fees/ fines. As I followed the steps at each point I was told that I had followed the steps correctly and given proper notification. I was also informed that I would get my deposit back.A week or two after moving out I received a notification that I had an outstanding bill with ****** and I discovered that they were charging me a fee for "insufficient notice" of about $1400 and they used my deposit to pay part of that fee. I called the office and reviewed the fee and the lady I spoke with confirmed that I followed the proper steps and that I gave sufficient notice and that she also didn't believe that the fee should be charged to my account. She said that she would notify the property manager, and I have not heard anything since then.I currently am disputing the bill with their corporate billing team, but am extremely disappointed that they have assessed this incorrect fee to me, and that my complaint seems to have been ignored. It just seems extremely dishonest considering that I did exactly what they told me to do. Even after doing what I'm directed to do, they charge me an incorrect fee of $1400 on top of what I've already had to pay them in order to get out of my lease. After posting my review to ******* Delano (a property under Western Wealth Communities), invited me to reach out over email. My email was ignored, along with my two phone calls and messages that I left with the ******************* Manager. All I wanted was an explanation and for someone to hear me out. They are unwilling to even do that.Western Wealth Communities

As per the signed Lease Agreement, a Break of Lease is allowed with proper notice and payment of Break Lease Fee due before the surrender of keys. Resident gave 60 days notice to vacate on 04/21/2023 to move out by 06/21/23. Resident asked if he could move out earlier, Office stated that they could physically move out whenever resident wanted but however Resident is still rent responsible to the end of their notice to vacate date. The keys were turned in on 04/21/23 to which Office stated again that they are still due rent for the remaining until 06/21. Rent was not paid thru proper notice. Past Resident was sent a color-coded breakdown of ledger to explain the accounting assessment. Upon review, Past Resident Ledger is a true and accurate reflection of account.

1 star?? PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING LEASING HERE ??Hello, I moved into Villetta in 2022 and have had nothing but problems since move in. Mainly we have been dealing with roaches since the first week we were here. Once we moved into our apartment we started noticing German roaches crawling through poorly maintained kitchen cabinets, oven exhaust fan, refrigerator, and bathroom of our apartment. Our apartment was also very dirty when we initially moved in - base boards had rust color staining on them, floors were not cleaned, sink rusted out, oven was unusable and it was apparent that the previous tenants had just moved out and the complex did not care to professionally clean it.We're on our 9th pest control service since move in and we're still dealing with this issue as of March 2023, and I myself have spoken to residents around the complex and they all have confirmed that they also deal with roaches inside their units. The general condition of this complex is pretty poor, trash is found regularly everywhere, out of service wash/drying machines and generally unkempt conditions around the complex. Keep all of this in mind while paying +$1500 in rent every month for a 1 bedroom apartment. Please scroll through their 1 star reviews because you will see a general theme in all of them thats residents are dealing with roaches which is due to a poorly maintained complex. I hope this review helps you and your family decide where you will be living because if I had the option to I would not have chosen this complex.
