During the week of March 24th, my wife and I discovered a wet area in the carpet of our living room roughly the size of a basketball. We attempted to contact the emergency line and were disconnected twice before deciding to visit the office the next day. My wife visited the office the next day and reported this. A maintenance tech came to the apartment and looked at the carpet, stating he did not know where the water would be coming from and left. As my wife was 36 week pregnant we vocalized to the office we wanted to get this repair completed asap prior to having a newborn in the apartment for a possible slab leak repair. There was no follow up by the office. Our little one came early. Since the original leak report we have had four additional leaks in varying sizes moving within a few feet of the original, three visits from different plumbers, four maintenance crew visits, one report the issue was repaired due to simple irrigation repair and one carpet cleaning (we had asked for replacement due to the wet staining and were refused). As of this message, the leak continues to spring up and we are concerned there will be a mold issue with damp carpet heading into the summer months. We feel we have been more than accommodating and exhibited extreme patience during this process. We are posting this here with photos in the hopes we can generate some substantive response and, our ultimate goal, to have the leak repaired and water stained carpet replaced to preserve the health of our newborn and thwart any possibility of mold.Initial Complaint

***************************** the property manager is a pathological liar. I had to vacate my apartment due to my lined up job falling through and had the misfortune of dealing with her. The first time I spoke with her she tells me that the ** will be contacting me after the weekend and I would be able to present proof of the problems I was having and maybe work something out. She said she took down notes and was sending the ** anything that would help my case. I spoke with her again the next week asking why I didn't receive a phone call on Monday, she said she was still waiting and if I needed anything else sent to the ** she would do it for me. That Thursday ****** calls me, she tells me that I owe ***** and cant get out of it due to discrimination and that circumstances dont actually matter. Interesting that she didn't bring that up the last 2 conversations. So after being totally blown away by that, I still persisted to speak with the ** because I didn't believe ****** anymore. Another week pass
