    I would not recommend McGuran Mechanical. I had an appointment at 8 am but ***** showed up or contacted me. I waited until 9:35 am then contacted the company and ***, the Owner, answered with an agitated tone. I mentioned that I had an appointment at 8:00 am and that ***** had shown up. *** had an aggressive and defensive tone and said the technician probably got tied up. I told him I had other obligations and needed to leave and before I could say anything else he immediately got an agitated tone again and told me to do whatever I wanted to do and hung up the phone. About a minute after the call ended, *** sent me a text that simply said,"our apologies her is hung up" and another text that said, "he should have called." I truly believe this was a blessing in disguise. Just the use of the tone that *** used towards me is an indicator of his character.
