The service tech, *****, was great. He found the problem within minutes and showed me the problem. Unfortunately it took a while to fix it. But ***** was polite and told me how to prevent the issue from happening again. ***** has serviced our AC before and is a technician that I feel I can trust.

Howard Air was excellent!He explained everything he did today. I love the way they show you on their iPad how everything is working and the rating. I would highly recommend their service for your air conditioning.

**Do not use Howard Air! I am extremely disappointed with their service and practices.** Howard Air installed a new ** unit in my rental property, and despite having a maintenance contract with them, they completely failed when it mattered most. My tenant was recovering from a double transplant when the ** stopped working, and the house heated up to over 100 degrees. Given the circumstances, I thought I could count on Howard Air to act responsibly and promptly. Instead, they took advantage of the situation.Despite the ** being under warranty and them being the only company to service it, I was slapped with an **outrageous after-hours fee of $149** for a technician who arrived at 3:00 PM. On top of that, I was coerced into purchasing their Howard Aircare service for **$198**. To add insult to injury, I was charged **$158** to fix a wire that they had improperly installed in the first place, and a whopping **$484** for a thermostat that I could have bought on Amazon for just **$46**!The total bill came to **$986**! To make matters worse, they claimed the repair wasnt covered under warranty because the thermostat wire was worn through due to their improper installationsomething they clearly knew about. It feels like they exploited my tenant's dire situation to rip me off.Ive tried to reach out for a resolution, but a manager wont call me back, and the person I spoke to promised a refund that has yet to materialize. **Save yourself the headache and avoid Howard Air at all costs!** They are all about greed and lack any sense of responsibility.

Had new HVAC system installed on Aug. 7th. A couple of small glitches were immediately resolved by the team and we could not be more happy with the service. We would recommend Howard Air to anyone and everyone.

These guys are great. I have a AC system that is an antique and highly specialized. I went to the ** , and was provided a highly skilled young man, who provided the solution inside of 45 minutes. They located a specialized part and replaced it into the system, and refilled it to excellent cooling condition. They have my highest recommendation.

Howard Air Technician **** did a wonderful job in doing my annual summer inspection.
