A & M provided excellent service in repairing my AC unit. At first the problem was hard to identify, but they persisted., After finding the problem, they determined that the part needing replacement was still under warranty, which save me considerable expense. A & M was recommended to me by a friend, and I can see why she likes them so much. Not only are they skilled and knowledgeable, they're also cordial and professional.

The entire team was amazing! They talked you through the entire process, and made sure at every stage that you were comfortable with your understanding. I also loved how they listened to us and addressed every area brought up. We had an room to room airflow problem, with some rooms either hot or cold all the time. **** took the extra time to adjust each room until it was with 1/2 of a degree difference. The team even saw a stop on the roof that needed to be looked at by a roofer, but they took some supplies and created a temporary fix until we could have this looked at by a roofer. We LOVE our new quiet system. YEA!!!A & M Mechanical LLC

I have been an A & M Mechanical LLC (the "Company") customer for about ten years. In December of 2023, the Company installed a new ***************** heating/cooling system in my home. **** and two certified technicians removed the old system and installed the new system on the first day. They then returned on the second day to perform diagnostic tests to ensure the new units were operating properly. *** provided me with several equipment options with pros and cons of each. In addition she provided me with a very detailed purchase/installation contract to make sure that I knew exactly what I was paying for. I have tremendous faith that my equipment was installed with painstaking detail and will last me for many years to come. *******************A & M Mechanical LLC

We have used *** Mechanical to service our home for many, many yearsso many I have lost track! Why we stick with them include their responsiveness (we have gotten return call and repair within hours on a Saturday morning); attention to detail (they are meticulous in work and explanations); customer service (they know us by name and are pleasant to interact with); and most importantly the quality of their work is spectacular! Highly recommend doesnt begin to describe our experienceI would say the ONLY HVAC company I recommend.A & M Mechanical LLC

**** Mechanical and the team are the Best! If you have any heating & cooling needs be sure and call them. Our air was working but not cool air within a text and phone call **** was at our home that morning ready to be of service. Fortunately an easy fix but they also give recommendations as to the age of your air conditioner and they know ours will need to be replaced sometime soon. We will never question because we know we are doing business with an honest and very reputable company with high customer service standards. Thankyou ***A & M Mechanical LLC

*** Mechanical has been servicing and repairing our air conditioner for the past couple years, and recently, because of their outstanding performance, they are doing the same for my mother-in-law's unit. I cannot overemphasize what a pleasure it is to do business with them. In every important business category, they excel. They arrive on time, they listen as you describe symptoms and problems, they are technically outstanding, extremely courteous, honest to a fault, and very reasonable from a cost perspective. But the area where they shine the most, and where I believe most businesses don't live up to par, is communication. After you make an appointment, they (typically ***) will follow up a day or two beforehand to confirm the date and time and make sure it still works for you. On the day of the appointment, they let you know early in the day an approximate time of arrival, and then again when the technician is on the way. There are never any glitches or surprises. If you're looking for a full service HVAC company that checks every box, you cannot make a better choice than ***A & M Mechanical LLC

Prior to my wife and I moving to ******* several years ago, we realized that a key to living in the desert is being able to stay cool in the hot summer months. That requires a good home air conditioner and a good company to service it. We had an ***************** unit installed prior to moving into our house and we've been very pleased with it. A friend recently recommended *** Mechanical for any service needs and we have quickly become loyal customers. Their staff is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
