This business has closed, however, should any former members start a new business, please beware. I paid them to prepare my taxes $400. All looked fine when I picked them up. but it was in the form of a huge booklet and I had a brief meeting with the accountant to ensure all important pieces were covered (my small business, our dependents).Fast forward to 2022 and the accountant unfortunately passed away. My new accountant found major errors from the previous year and had to redo the taxes. I also had to pay him for redoing them. For example, Accounting and More named my husband as the small business owner when it is mine, listed one dependant and should have listed two and other errors.I have made several requests to refund me for the tax prep they did not do properly and the daughter of the accountant who passed away replied with an unprofessional repsponse, shaming me for asking for a refund when her mother passed away.Accounting and More needs to stand behind their service, even if they lost an employee. It is unfortunate and I sent my condolences, but I did not cause any of it. I paid for a service I did not get. I am due $400 by the The Fuller Family.
