    I have an estimate for work from the business but they do not answer any of the phone numbers. I cannot reaach them to finish the work They have disappeared

    This client was giving a estimate.She gave it to friends/ neighbors we explained we are unable to do others at that price point because all homes are different and have different sqare footage.

    So after weeks of email,calls and text harassment we explained Sparkle Tech has the right to NO SERVICE ANYONE,AT ANYTIME,FOR ANY REASON.

    That's why she's unable to contact us because of the harassment.

    She was giving a estimate SPARKLE TECH WINDOW WASHING LLC Havent taken, received or excepted any money from this person.Also no job was started.

    i have not harrassed them -I ONLY Want to know if they will honor the quote they gave for me not anhyone else and I did not get my 5 day rain check

    Service was on February 17th 2024 we cleaned her windows inside and out for $100 she paid by check . All services do come with a 10 day rain check (as a complimentary we offer the 10 day rain check). She called 2 days after service to ask if we could do her sisters home we agreed yes for the same price of $100 she got upset because we wouldnt allow her to use her $25 off referral for her sisters home. We gave $25 off  for judith vanchina to use on her personal home for referring her sister. She then was going back in forth for about 2 days asking us to change our mind on the use of the $25 OFF and finally came back 3rd day to tell us (Sparkle Tech Window Washing) we must not want her business or have her refer us to other people.We then deleted her out of our system. By the time she called /emailed her rain guarantee was expired and she was deleted out system. If she referred to our invoice it states all guarantees and is also noted we have the right to service whom we choose. She got deleted for the disrespectful comments made.     I apologize for any misunderstanding - I am not harrasing them - I only want to know if they will do the work on my house replacing the screens that they estimated because they did a good job on my windows and I cannot find anyone else to do the work

    Cancelled contract paid $2100 Deposit.cancellation cost me 50% of deposit. Deposit provided on 1/25/23. I demand my refund.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
