    Lease agreement signed 03/23/2023.Lease agreement start date 4/20/2023. Issues: There were several needed repairs upon move-in (see attachments).First Email: 4/23/2023 with Tenant Walkthrough.Second Email: 4/25/2023 with a more comprehensive report on my inspection.Hand Delivered Letter: 4/25/2023 to provide legal notice citing clauses in the ******* RESIDENTIAL LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT.Co-Owner (****) visits in person: 4/27/2023 to provide assurances that all these issues would be addressed within a week. This did not happen.Hand Delivered letter to terminate Lease: 5/1/2023. PMI reduce rent for *** and provided more assurances.Urgent Plumbing Issues were addressed: 5/2/2023.Outstanding Issue 1 - Microwave: 5/1/2023 informed me that the microwave needed a new part to be ordered later. That was 20 days ago as of today. Later, I was assured that the appliance would be replaced on Friday, 5/19/2023. This appointment never happened.Outstanding Issue 2 Paint: 5/8/2023 the smoke detector and door not locking were both addressed. But the handyman who I was told would address the paint as well said he could not work on that and that a painter named **** would need to do it. I never heard back from Gabe. Then a second handyman named ***** was scheduled for Thursday, 5/18/2023. He canceled. Then his son ****** was scheduled for Friday, 5/19/2023. He addressed the screen door and replaced some missing blinds, but he too said he could not address the paint and that he had scheduled something with an unnamed painter/painting company. I have never heard back from them. I cant confirm anything with PMI as they have ceased all communication with me since 5/17/2023. I am not seeking financial compensation for anything at this time, but if these repairs are still not done come June I may. My primary goal is to have PMI live up to their multiple assurances that these repairs - that should've been done prior to me moving in on April 20 - get done asap.
