Everything is fine and dandy until your payment clears, then dont expect anyone to call you back, or do anything for you. I purchased a CPO truck, no one will call me back or provide me the signed purchase agreement. The dealer has still not registered the truck as CPO with ****, so the extended warranty I purchased cannot be placed in force. Its truly a shame that once the wire hits, these people disappear and dont answer the phone, respond to texts, etc. Ultimately, it seems they sold me a vehicle they marketed as CPO (which comes with a valuable and lengthy extended warranty) that is not actually CPO. This dealership is a scam.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. They purposely hide you from talking to the person in charge and give you misleading information. They allowed me to leave with a car, claiming my financing was coming in the mail, when in reality, I wasnt actually financed at all. They profile customers, and its clear if youre not white, youre not treated fairly. The lack of communication and respect is appalling. ***** ******, the person in financing is a coward who sends others to do his dirty work. Instead of dealing with the issue directly, he made assumptions about me and thought I was trying to steal a car. Even when having all my information. He pressured me into signing paperwork that didnt even exist, inconveniencing me taking off work when he couldve said bring the car back instead lied. and to this day, no one has reached out to apologize or explain anything to me. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Despite my explicit requests to cease all communications, the dealership continues to call me repeatedly. This disregard for customer requests is unprofessional and invasive. I would not recommend this dealership if you value your privacy and wish to avoid constant harassment. *Rated 1 star because BBB does not permit 0 star rating*

This dealership is unreliable when my 2013 **** Focus EV broke down they made the whole process ridiculously long. I took my car there in June and told them there was a problem with the battery pack, but they did not listen to me. I had to ask them every day for updates or else I would not get one. During the first week while they had my car the inspection they did said that the problem was the tires being worn out. After their inspection, they changed my tires and told me the car was ready to be picked up, but that it still needed more work done on it so I should not drive it more than 500 miles. I drove the car 11 miles back home and the car would not start again. The tech helping me said that he was afraid it was going to happen, and refused to have the dealership pay to have my car towed back. I had to wait two weeks for them to receive the part they said that they needed to fix my car. They spent two months fixing things unrelated to why I brought it in. After two months they told me that the battery pack was the problem. Then said they could not fix it and offered to buy it from me. The person who was supposed to give me an appraisal said that she would give it the next day, but it has been two weeks since then. Every time I call them to talk to them they transfer my call around, then hang up on me. They refuse to help at all.

Liars, cheats, Took my 21 Mustang GT back to be fixed under bumper to bumper warranty what I was told would be covered under so I make the appointment for when I could go back and he tells my husband it will cost 450$. I have had 2 other issues and I should have learned that the dealership is worthless not true to there word.

Once we agreed on the numbers we waited to go into finance and that's when things started to take a turn for the worst. The finance person was trying to add fees that were already included in the loan amount we had discussed with the manager. I repeatedly told him those fees were included and he kept saying "its not a big deal its only ***** dollars more a month". after I told him for the 3rd time he finally went and asked the manager and confirmed it was already included. He then tried to add the doc fees again which the previous document had it included. I began to feel unsure about the process since he kept trying to add things so I started questioning the numbers. He brought his manager back and I tried to make him aware of my concern but they both became easily frustrated. The more I told him I was not comfortable signing docs the more annoyed they became. The manager then began to ridicule me and told me no one else would've helped me with my score and we were trying to avoid bringing a down payment, that i would not be able to purchase a **** from another dealership if I backed out. I felt that he was strong arming me to a deal I was not comfortable with. As he was showing us the documents he started to slam the documents on the table and told us it was foolish of us to wait 2 years for a car to end up doing this. This is the second biggest transaction of my life, something that was supposed to be a happy moment turned into a nightmare. 2 days after THE SALESPERSON reached out to apologize, NOT the MANAGER or the GENERAL MANAGER. Peoria ford does not know how to treat their clients nor how to property manage. I was truly disgusted to know that the managers are okay with a client being disrespected, talked down on and ridiculed by their employees. I will make sure that none of my friends of family go there.

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with for pricing, rudeness, and asked on 4 separate occasions to stop contacting me. They just kept doing it like I didnt even ask. Find a company who doesnt hire people like **************************************..

If I could give no stars, I would. The finance guy, ***************************, swore we could take our 2023 F-150 to any shop under the *** service agreement to get its oil changed, not once but three times during the sale. He also said that the *** Club would cover chips and small dings, and the extended warranty was for 10 years. Well, all of that was completely false. I called him and asked why he told my wife and me all that, but he still insisted that it was true. When I called *** they said that the dealership only did the free oil change through them only. We live an hour and a half away. We don't want to travel that far just to do the services. That is why we asked him several times about it before we bought it. This is how the dealership makes money. They promise things that are not true. When I tried to call him back for the last two months, he was never available or did not return my calls. I talked to another finance guy and got nowhere as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM AT ALL. I will be leaving a bad review with **** as well.

About three days ago we realized that our regular headlights were not working. When we went to replace the lights at an auto parts store, we were told that it was odd that both right and left bulbs for the regular headlights would go out. We went to Peoria Ford thinking we would get good service and be told the truth. Upon calling Peoria Ford we were told that they would run diagnostics and that we would be responsible for a payment of $******. We agreed thinking that perhaps the wiring was faulty. The bulbs were burned out. The dealership also stated that they had to do diagnostics on the wiring and replace the bulbs. The service agent, *****************************, told us that in order to complete the job, the cost to us would be $482.88. We determined that we couldnt nor would we pay $482.88 to purchase and install the bulbs. We told **** that we would be picking up the car with about 15 minutes. We arrived at Peoria Ford and were told that our vehicle was not ready. After waiting around 20 minutes, we asked again for our vehicle to be returned to us. ******* walked over to an office were a young man was standing and shooting the breeze with someone in that office. When ******* mentioned that we were there to pick up the car, the young man left and returned about 15 minutes later and handed ******* our key fob. We were then presented with bill. The diagnostic evaluation that we expected to be a computer printout turned out to be a statement saying that the bulbs were burned out. This was the cost that we were quoted for a real computer generated report. Instead we were informed that the headlights were not working. Mind you this is why we engaged them in the first place. We already knew this. They wanted $482.88 to replace the bulbs and wanted to charge us a ***** shop charge plus tax for a total of $763.50. We left with our car finally after paying the ****** of ****** and drove to Auto Zone where we paid 44 for the bulbs and the saleswoman installed them for us for free.

I bought a car fom Peoria with the intention of registering it out of state. I required additional paperwork that I did not receive from the dealership. when I reached out to the man who sold me my car, he told me I already had the paper work and then went radio silent. I sent a help request on their website and the only email I got back essentially said "hope we helped you!" which they didnt. dissapointed.
