Once we agreed on the numbers we waited to go into finance and that's when things started to take a turn for the worst. The finance person was trying to add fees that were already included in the loan amount we had discussed with the manager. I repeatedly told him those fees were included and he kept saying "its not a big deal its only ***** dollars more a month". after I told him for the 3rd time he finally went and asked the manager and confirmed it was already included. He then tried to add the doc fees again which the previous document had it included. I began to feel unsure about the process since he kept trying to add things so I started questioning the numbers. He brought his manager back and I tried to make him aware of my concern but they both became easily frustrated. The more I told him I was not comfortable signing docs the more annoyed they became. The manager then began to ridicule me and told me no one else would've helped me with my score and we were trying to avoid bringing a down payment, that i would not be able to purchase a **** from another dealership if I backed out. I felt that he was strong arming me to a deal I was not comfortable with. As he was showing us the documents he started to slam the documents on the table and told us it was foolish of us to wait 2 years for a car to end up doing this. This is the second biggest transaction of my life, something that was supposed to be a happy moment turned into a nightmare. 2 days after THE SALESPERSON reached out to apologize, NOT the MANAGER or the GENERAL MANAGER. Peoria ford does not know how to treat their clients nor how to property manage. I was truly disgusted to know that the managers are okay with a client being disrespected, talked down on and ridiculed by their employees. I will make sure that none of my friends of family go there.

If I could give no stars, I would. The finance guy, ***************************, swore we could take our 2023 F-150 to any shop under the *** service agreement to get its oil changed, not once but three times during the sale. He also said that the *** Club would cover chips and small dings, and the extended warranty was for 10 years. Well, all of that was completely false. I called him and asked why he told my wife and me all that, but he still insisted that it was true. When I called *** they said that the dealership only did the free oil change through them only. We live an hour and a half away. We don't want to travel that far just to do the services. That is why we asked him several times about it before we bought it. This is how the dealership makes money. They promise things that are not true. When I tried to call him back for the last two months, he was never available or did not return my calls. I talked to another finance guy and got nowhere as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM AT ALL. I will be leaving a bad review with **** as well.

About three days ago we realized that our regular headlights were not working. When we went to replace the lights at an auto parts store, we were told that it was odd that both right and left bulbs for the regular headlights would go out. We went to Peoria Ford thinking we would get good service and be told the truth. Upon calling Peoria Ford we were told that they would run diagnostics and that we would be responsible for a payment of $******. We agreed thinking that perhaps the wiring was faulty. The bulbs were burned out. The dealership also stated that they had to do diagnostics on the wiring and replace the bulbs. The service agent, *****************************, told us that in order to complete the job, the cost to us would be $482.88. We determined that we couldnt nor would we pay $482.88 to purchase and install the bulbs. We told **** that we would be picking up the car with about 15 minutes. We arrived at Peoria Ford and were told that our vehicle was not ready. After waiting around 20 minutes, we asked again for our vehicle to be returned to us. ******* walked over to an office were a young man was standing and shooting the breeze with someone in that office. When ******* mentioned that we were there to pick up the car, the young man left and returned about 15 minutes later and handed ******* our key fob. We were then presented with bill. The diagnostic evaluation that we expected to be a computer printout turned out to be a statement saying that the bulbs were burned out. This was the cost that we were quoted for a real computer generated report. Instead we were informed that the headlights were not working. Mind you this is why we engaged them in the first place. We already knew this. They wanted $482.88 to replace the bulbs and wanted to charge us a ***** shop charge plus tax for a total of $763.50. We left with our car finally after paying the ****** of ****** and drove to Auto Zone where we paid 44 for the bulbs and the saleswoman installed them for us for free.

I bought a car fom Peoria with the intention of registering it out of state. I required additional paperwork that I did not receive from the dealership. when I reached out to the man who sold me my car, he told me I already had the paper work and then went radio silent. I sent a help request on their website and the only email I got back essentially said "hope we helped you!" which they didnt. dissapointed.

This is a terrible dealership, stay away from it.They sold me a warranty for $2300. They told me it covers everything but they lied,it only covers the engine and Transmission. They charged me $375 for Diagnostics only to plug in the device in my car even though the car is still under warranty. AUTOZONE does this for free. The Technician ***** is disrespectful, unhelpful, Doesnt take any initiative to support the customer. I ask those who lead this Dealership to teach their employees how to deal with customers and care for dealerships reputation.

This dealership gives you the run around until you're out of warranty to get you to pay "Diagnostic fees" when my check engine and wrench light are intermittently on and off for ****** miles. They claim that they can't do anything to fix my truck because when I bring it in the check engine light is on HOWEVER they can access the vehicles history in their system and see every single time the check engine/wrench light has come on and what the problem is. I've brought my truck back 12 times and continue to get no answers. They took the air **** off the front of my truck to "fix" a code and told me to just "keep it in your garage" I believe that is completely UNACCEPTABLE for a truck I paid $82,000 for. I tried to trade the truck in in hopes I just got a lemon but when they presented me with my trade in offer they lowballed me because my check engine/wrench light was on and told me "if you can get that off we will give you $12,000 more" I am now stuck in a truck that I over paid for and don't believe will be fit for use by the end of the loan due to how many issues its been having, all around just don't seem like they care anything about their customers or reputation.

this car dealership has to be the absolutely the WORST in Az. I have purchased many vehicles from different dealerships around *******. Peoria Ford is NOT worth your time. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you. The finance **** will add on charges and services you DID NOT ask or agree to. Pay very close attention to ******************* added on LoJack for just a small price of $400.00 and didn't even ask me. Then come to find out, the car was not even set up for LoJack. I had to call and get a rep from LoJack to come out and install some software in my vehicle, that they swore was in there?? I've been waiting 2 1/2 months for a vehicle owner's manual that did not come in car and was told they would get one right away. Was asked about adding a warranty. I asked how much? ***************** just $30 a month more, than I get the paper work and it was $3,350.00. I still have not got any info on what it covers, I had to look on paper work to see it was only good for ****** miles or 2yrs..wow. I have called over 15 times and asked for multiple people in this process and NO ONE will call you back.. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the ONLY car dealer around..I WOULD WALK!!!!! stay away from this dealership and it's con men.

The wiring went bad in my 2019 Escape back in April and was covered under my extended warranty so I had to take it to ************************ Three months later I still do not have my car back. They had to get the work approved by the warranty company which took a couple days and it turned out that part was on back order with no ETA and this went on for two more months. They gave me a loaner which I had for a month. I was driving the loaner on the freeway to work and a rock hit the windshield and cracked it all the way up. I had to return the loaner before it reached **** miles so i did and they charged me $500 for the cracked window. I have no control over rocks hitting the car and the damage would have never happened if they did not have my car for two months by that point. They asked if I wanted another loaner but I declined because they still had no ETA on the parts and I can't control rocks hitting another loaner if I am driving it for a couple months. So a month after I turned in that loaner still no ETA on the parts and I have no car. I called **** corporate around July 15 and they called the **** parts department and the parts department told the customer service person the part had been at the **** Fleet service department since July 10. No one called to tell me and the excuse of the fleet service department was that they just found out a few minutes before we called. So they have the part now but they said it would probably be another week and a half to two weeks before they could get the car fixed. They call today and say that on top of the wiring repair I need a new battery because it is dead and that will be two hundred! Yeah I bet my battery is dead! The car has been sitting for three months! I also need new brakes and rotors another $600. After my poor experience I do not think I should have had to pay for the cracked windshield or the repairs on my car especially since I just put a battery in my car less than two years ago.
