    I called soul fitness of **********, I spoke with a women by the name of ***** **** to take a few classes, she took a payment of $88.00 from my ***** I later decided I didn't want to take the classes. I advised her last week of my decision and told her to refund my card as I wouldn't be taking the classes due to various reasons, she said to me " I will have to ask ***** *****." She took the money from my account when I paid for the class. I expect her to refund the money immediately just as quick as when she took the money. I want my money refunded and I don't want any more money taken from my account in the future.

    ****** signed up for group fitness classes and chose not to show up multiple times. After 14 days she made a request for a refund. Per AZ law we allow the request for a refund within 72 hours of payment which she did not do. I have tried reaching out to her multiple times to offer different options to redeem her credit.

    The only option is to refund my $88.00. And the harassing needs to stop or I will file criminal charges. I explained on the first call that there was not other and never to call back. She called back several times. I had to block her number.

    We followed up with ****** several times in attempts to get her to follow through on her commitments that she made after purchasing the $88 promotion. After somebody purchases a promotion and commits to it, the person only has so much time to ask for a refund per ARS ****** title 12. Due to the nature of our business when it comes to physical fitness, many people do not follow through, and if we offered refunds later on down the road when the person realizes that theyre not following through on their commitments, we wouldnt be in business. ****** had time in the beginning to ask for the refund, but forfeited her right to do so by not meeting the time requirement to ask for a refund.
    We are still more than willing to hold her credit for when shes ready to get started back up again by honoring the promotion she signed up for even if it expires.
