    A formal complaint against Oracle Sanitary District (OSD), performing unjust & unlawful action against me, a disabled veteran, regarding an involuntary lien placed on my home.Since purchasing my home I have been repeatedly billed by OSD for services I never requested or consented to.There was already an overdue balance for service from the previous homeowner. Over the past 1 1/2years, I have continued to receive escalating charges despite my never having contracted with or communicated with this company. I was informed that OSD has placed a lien on my property,threatening me.This action is deeply distressing, as I had no involvement in initiating or maintaining any relationship with OSD whom is not listed as a mandatory utility service provider under county regulations.My 1st year living here, I did not receive any bills, collateral, or communication from OSD.Complete silence the entire year before I began receiving past-due bills, which now escalated into an involuntary lien on my home. There is no legitimate website for OSD or any details about their street cleaning services online. The lack of transparency raises concern..OSD only provides services in select areas,& the quality of their work is questionable. Despite being billed for services, the streets in my area remain unclean. It appears that they merely shift dirt around without actually improving the quality or condition of the roads. OSD’s services are both ineffective and not in line with what a legitimate utility company should provide.
    The ongoing harassment&financial demands for a service I never consented to have caused significant emotional.OSD’s decision to place an involuntary lien on my property is not only unethical but also unlawful, given that I never entered into any contractual obligation with them.I am seeking the BBB’s assistance in investigating OSD’s practices,& I request that immediate action be taken to remove the lien&stop the ongoing harassment. I hope for a prompt&just resolution.
