    I purchased this A 2012 Jeep Sahara from ******** in Oracle AZ *****. When I first test drove of this vehicle, there was a rattling sound coming from the vehicle. They told me that it was a suspension problem that they are working on fixing before they sell it to me. A few weeks later, they called me and told me that my vehicle was ready to be purchased. Whenever I was driving my new car home from the dealership there was still a rattling sound. There was some metal hooks on the front of the vehicle connected to a metal bumper so I was under the assumption that it was just the metal hooks hitting the metal bumper. A few months later, a family friend told me that it was coming from my suspension. After a quick review, I noticed that the rear shocks on my new vehicle did not have any bushings on them and the rattling sound had been coming from that the whole time. After realizing this, I quickly notified ORO **** About the issue, they told me to bring it in and then notified me a few days later that I would not be covered on this problem because it took me a while to notice and I would have to come out of my own pockets to fix this problem. The vehicle has currently been there over two weeks and I have still not heard anything after calling and calling.

    Oracle Ford did not sell this vehicle to this customer. The ******************** has yet to recognize that Oracle Ford ceased doing business on May 10, 2023. The business and real estate were sold to Oracle ***************, doing business as ******** on that date. The BBB should correct its records so that customers can direct their concerns and comments to a site that is accurate.

    When they programmed a new key for our car, they caused another issue with our tire pressure system and claim the two issues are not related, but after talking with our hometown mechanic, he said the two go hand in hand. They want to charge us for a whole new electrical system. Theres no way Im letting them touch our car again!
