Good car charged $25 without me doing anything. Only reason I noticed is I never use Apple Pay, and I get a notification every time its used. Got the notification on my watch with my phone in my pocket. Only explanation, trying to sneak it into charges like its one of my usual subscriptions.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

This company engages in deceptive practices by providing misleading information and offering a seemingly valuable service, only to exploit consumers through recurring monthly subscriptions. The information they provide lacks real value, creating a dishonest transaction that leaves customers feeling conned into ongoing financial commitments without genuine benefit.

On July 24, 2021 I bought a used Jeep Wrangler Sport from Good Car Company in ****, **. My complaint is about the warranty that the dealer provided, it was 14 days or 500 mi warranty covering engine, clutch and transmission. I live about 50 away from ****. I noticed that while driving the Jeep the shifter would pop out of gear when I was in 1st or 3rd gear, it is manual transmission. I called the dealer and they thought it was a clutch issue and told me to bring it into the shop they used. There was also an issue with the seatbelt latch, the chime would go off even when the seatbelt was latched. I dropped the Jeep off this past Thursday and was told that the seatbelt would be fixed because it was a safety issue and the issue with it popping out of gear would not be repaired, unless i pay for it myself. I feel that this is a safety issue and should be repaired or have been repaired before the Jeep was sold. I picked the Jeep up last night and the dealer still refused to fix it.

This complaint shouldnt of even got this far with ****. Miscommunication on our part with the mechanic shop we use to inspect our vehicles. I talked to **** on the situation we both agreed the clutch plate needed to be fix right under warranty or issue could get worse. We had it picked up and fixed in a couple days. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience and warranty issue.
