    On August 9th of 2024 I took my vehicle 2011 Chrysler 200 to Ivys transmission shop to have my transmission rebuilt and repaired . I was given an estimate of $4786.49 . With 1 year warranty. My car was in his shop for a whole month before I got it back . The day I picked up my car it was not running right . I was told I needed a battery by *** the shop owner and that the car would run better due to my transmission is electric so replacing the battery had a lot todo with why it was not running right . I replaced the battery and the seemed to have gotten better. But a week after I noticed a leak of oil and it was transmission oil so I gave him a call and he asked I take it back in . I took the car back in and it sat his shop for another month . He called and told me he had fixed my car and a few weeks later I started to have more issues. Transmission was not changing gears and it was slipping .My car made it back and fourth to his shop is atleast 6 times. Second to last time I took it back paid him an additional $ 1600 to fix what he said was wrong with my car . The electrical system had went out on my transmission. It was not fixed my car is still the exact same way as when I took it . my car is sitting there now has been there a week . Stopped by today 6-9-2025 *** the shop owner stated that he has not looked at it .i have receipt of the rebuilt job. I missing a receipt that I can get ahold of . Its in a file . But I do not a receipt for the $1600 that I paid in cash . He did not give me one .

    Had him rebuild my transmission It was never right Its been back there 3-5 time Hes had it about 6 months and always tells me hes waiting on a part We spent ***** dollars and the cars not drivable I just want my car fixed The tags expired and it needed emissions in January I wont be using this shop ever again
