    Sending again me er heard back. In Oct of 2023 I noticed a hole in the ceiling of my Storage unit. Unsure how long there was a hole in the ceiling due to not being able to make it to the storage unit for some time. Started renting in February 7 of 2022. I informed the office at the location that there was a hole and they informed me at the time that the hole would be fixed and to contact my property insurance company for damages cause to my property. I did that. November still a hole in the ceiling of the storage unit. More damages due to rain. At this point my property insurance informs me that my property is not covered because of the structure damage. I informed the storage facility and was informed that they are not responsible for the property inside the unit. I responded with that they are responsible for the structure that houses my belongings and since that has a hole in it technically they are responsible for my belonging. I moved out what was not damaged by the rain that got into my unit and caused black mold on my property and left what was damaged. When I moved my things out, this is Jan 2024, the hole was still in the ceiling. I was told every month from Oct til Jan that it was going to be fixed and even told it was fixed and that it was signed for as being fixed. Pictures are available of hole and damages. Also I am asthmatic and even the help to get out what I could salvage had to breath in the black mold.
