Agreed to have Advoosy Energy install solar on March 17,2022. They then turne dit over to Titan Solar, with hom I signed a contract. I cancelled the contract 10 dayslater, because they had said it would take 6 months to start the install, and because I had contacted other solar companies who indicated that Titan had a bad reputation for shoddy work. When I cancelled and subsequently I never heard anything from either Titan nor Advosy. Now a year later Advosy sent me an invoice for ******* for early termination of contract. There was no such fee in the contract I signed. Keep in mind this is a year after the fact. Advosy said the time was due to me having slipped through the cracks, as the invoice had been made upon cancellation but never left their office. I had originally filed this complaint against **************, because that was only contract I had found on my computer and assumed it was theirs. However Suntuity has nothing to do with this, and in fact had cancelled that contract themselves because they had no local installer. Iapologize for my error there.I have been in cntact with Advosy, with whom I never had a contract signed, only with *****, and they said after talking to upper management they could reduce the invoice amount to ******* because of the time frame. I still maintained I would not pay it, partly based on the advice from my current solar company, whom I have had for 8 months, because the rep there said in 20 years of doing solar he had never heard of anything a grossly negligent as this of waiting a year to send and invoice. So them Advosy, consulted with upper management, and reduced it to *******. if they have that much wiggle room, then the orignal invoice of ******* had to be not legit. I still maintain I should not have to pay this amount mostly due to the year it took them to notify me.They still indicate if I do not pay immediately they will send it to collections, which by the way the invoice I recieved a year late was past due by two weeks, even though I just recieved it.Ido not believe I should have to pay this, or any amount, due to the time frame it took them to send it to me.Can you help
