            In 2014, I signed a 10 year contract with Adair for them to inspect my air conditioning and plumbing systems twice annually. I paid them $1873 for this service. When I called to have this service done in 2016, I was told that my contract had been taken over by CFR Mechanical. I called CFR and they came out three times. This year, when I called, CFR told me they weren't doing it anymore - that it was a favor they had done for Adair. I called Adair to tell them what CFR told me. The person who took the call said she would look into it. She never got back to me. Now when I call, my calls go to voice mail and no one calls me back. Since my contract was with Adair, not CFR and since CFR says they're not doing it, I feel Adair should perform the service or refund me three years worth of my contract so I can get my AC and plumbing checked out.
