1 starAfter months of working with the company. I found that one of the Owners ******* ********** had completely lied to customers to obtain their personal information. Leading customers to think they could get a FREE ** unit or roof from advertisements on ********************* When really its them trying to sell you solar and boosting your loan large enough to fit in the ** unit or roof. The customer is then left with a loan for over $40,000 for a simple ** unit. Most of the employees drink during work hours and then enter the homes of customers while intoxicated. ******* ********** (Owner) can barely provide a clean office and essentials for a bathroom that 4+ employees have to share inside of a converted home/office located in **********. There is no real care for customers as you will be set up to pay more than 4X for a simple ** unit replacement. They are looking for the ones who dont read contracts and feel they are limited to options for replacement for ** or roofing. The company has been playing this role for 3 years, and will state over 25 years in business by ********* a neighbor company that is no longer with them. The company that will be reaching out is Valley Voltage Marketing. You want solar, go directly to a solar company. You want a new ** unit, go directly to a ** company. You want a roof, go directly to a roofing company. Valley Voltage Marketing will use their 3rd party vendors to install. They do not service anything themselves , they are only responsible for providing lies to accommodate sales for ******* ********************************* Marketing.

This is a disgruntled employee that has been harrassing our employees with threats and has been trying to shake us down for money. He voluntarily resigned, we accepted his resignation, and have paid him on every dollar he was owed. We have no idea why he is so determined to derail our company. None of what he is saying in this reveiw are valid or accurate. Its clear he is unstable and we have filed a police report and a restraining order for his harassments. Thank you!Review fromAngela R

1 starThey lie to you about getting a check from the government and as long as you give them the check your payment will not go up. It's a lie, you don't get a check, you get a small portion as a tax credit. ******. Stay away from this company.Valley Voltage

Hello, we are really sorry to hear that you didnt qualify for the tax credit. Every customer is eligible for 30% of the system cost to be reimbursed through a tax credit. However this tax credit is based upon your tax liability. Our representatives are not tax professionals, it is the customers responsibility to do their own research with a tax professional to find out if they will qualify for the full tax reibursement. So in other words everyone is eligible but not everyone qualifies because its based on the the customers tax liability. We try our best to educate customers on how the program works, overall, but we do not offer individual tax advice. We are sorry to hear but we explicity explain that we are not qualified to give tax advice in every presentation.Review fromMichael H

1 starThis company is fraudulent. They lie to you about everything. Tell you get a tax *********** have found you DO NOT. They never return calls & have no customer service except a girl that answers calls, takes messages & you never hear from anyone. PLEASE DO NOT use this company. 5 starsThese guys are awesome!! They are extremely professional and very easy to work with. Theyre also easy to contact when we have questions and theyre extremely knowledgeable about what they do. They care a lot about what we want and need for our house. They were able to get us a FREE a/c unit with our solar panels. The installation process was great. Everything works well. I absolutely recommend hiring these guys.Valley Voltage

5 starsMy experience with VV has been exceptional. From the first phone call after completing a form from FB (I never do this) to my latest follow up text from *******. I had my roof replaced and solar panels installed and I could not be more pleased with the caliber of employees and the work performed. They follow through, follow up, are honest and transparent. They have left no questions unanswered and believe me, this was not an easy decision for me, I was very skeptical, and had a lot of questions.I highly recommend VV!Valley Voltage

5 starsValley Voltage was, throughout the entire project, straight forward with all costs, product information, reliability, timing and workmanship in our multifaceted endeavor.We purchased new heat and air conditioning units, new roof underlayment and an efficient solar system. They kept to their schedules and notified us before and after each segment and sometimes mid segment to notify us of the progress and timing of the next segment. The coordination with other utilities was smooth. Our first contact, *************************** kept us up to date throughout the project into completion and transfer from electrical power to solar power. Excellent work.Valley Voltage
