      The mice in our RV ruined our vacation! We rented an RV from the ******************************** location. We had no problems during pickup and our first day was nice. However, when we awoke the next morning we noticed that some of our food had been eaten by mice and several drawers had mouse droppings. I contacted customer service the next day and they suggested buying mouse traps (which we did). We didn't catch any of the mice yet noticed additional mouse dropping in other drawers. This was very unnerving for my wife and kids.After returning the *** we did receive credit for the mouse traps but were told any additional credits would have to come from corporate. I contacted corporate and they responded via email on Aug 27 with an apology for my inconvenience. They refunded (only) $55 to my credit card and gave me a $75 voucher for a future RV rental. I doubt I will use the voucher due to our bad vacation experience.

      We picked up a broken/ dirty ** from ********, ** and drove it to our home in ********, **. The ** has a TPMS warning light come on the dash when started. We plugged the ** into shore power and discovered the ** would run for a little while and then freeze over. I contacted them and they arranged a local ** site to run diagnostics on it. The site looked at it and discovered the ** had never been serviced and it needed to be cleaned. While the company was servicing the ** they noticed a hole in the roof near the drivers rear corner the size of a quarter. The company approved the ** service and after 3 hours I was headed back to my house to clean and pack the ** for a fresh start the next morning. I turned on the Frig in preparation for filling it for our voyage. Then we spent 7 hours cleaning the outside and inside of the unit before we moved our stuff in. The following morning I went out to the ** to make sure the frig was cool and the ** was working and neither was operational. The frig was warmer than the ** and the ** was frozen over. I called them back and requested we take it back to another bigger local ** dealer and they approved. The dealership was authorized to diagnose the ** and the Frig. The ** has a leak and the frig has a wiring issue. The ** dealership wrote up a quote and proceeded to leave us sitting there for the next 6 and a half hours refusing the quote to replace the frig and ** they just happen to have on the shelf. What are the chances you pull into a repair center and they have the licensed techs and parts to get you on the road that day. This company requested that we drive this ** to another state where they could possibly have a unit available or someone that could fix it cheaper. I don't know about you but my idea of a vacation is not getting a rental ** repaired. This whole experience has become a complete nightmare. I'm just glad I'm not stuck on the side of the road in nowhere ***** without ** and a cooler full of food going bad

We regret you received a dirty unit and that you had to go in for service for the fridge and one of the two air conditioners during your rental. We also regret reading that you were able to find a repair shop willing to do the work, but it wasn't approved. Its hard to say what the reasoning behind this was because we dont have the necessary details to do a thorough investigation off of your review.       We are three days into our trip, and the ** started making an extremely loud noise when pressing the gas. We called the Cruise America support center and it took them hours to call us back. Finally they responded to us by providing a garage to which we were supposed to take the ** and have it checked. We sat at the garage for hours to find out that it is the Catalytic Converter, and the garage will not have the part until tomorrow. We have been trying to call support since, and they basically tell us we just have to wait. The garage has NOT received approval to order the part yet, and we are just sitting here on our vacation at a garage with no support or answers and servicing THEIR truck. I have called the center almost in tears as we are in a very scary area of ******** with our dog and cat and unsure of what we are to do. Since we have received no response, we rented a spot near the garage that is literally in a mobile home lot behind a gas station. This is so unsafe. I feel they are putting us in danger. And I still can not get in touch with the Supervisor for answers or next steps.

We understand some time has passed since your rental ended, but we would still like to hear from you.       False Advertising ** st They have ads on ********** for a used 2019 30-foot ** for $39,350.00 that do not exist. Saw the ad on Saturday called Monday and know would call me back. Called Tuesday and got someone on the phone and they informed me that the ** for that price was from several months back and $in fact had only 2018 models till next week, /And the lowest price for that model was well above ******, Then today Wednesday they are advertising it again. With a new ad posted Wednesday. Called **************** left message and no response.

      Hello *******, We apologize for the confusion; we offer a promotion called "Fly and Drive" where the customer can fly to whatever state the unit is located, we will refund the money spent to fly and they will drive the unit back. This can sometimes mean we advertise based off what we have as a whole no matter where the location is because of this promotion making the unit available to anyone who can fly to the location.       No confusion. First is that the advertisement is on the Phoenix Craigs List not a national format. Second is that the ad states THIS RV IS LOCATED AT THE CRUISE AMERICA HQ IN ****, ******* ********************************************************************** It also needs to be noted that I left three messages about this with Cruise America two with the sales department and one with the corporate office and have not had a call back from anyone. By repeatedly calling the sales department and findally getting a person. They informed me that the ad I saw was an ad from several weeks back. However the same ad was reposted a few days later. So, you are indeed posting ads for **** that are false and in addition you continue to renew those ads. I cannot email you since the address is blocked out. If you are sincere in not having false advertisements for the **** location do a search for Thor on Craigs List Pheonix recrational vehicles for sale by dealer there are many and how many are false is unknown. However, this one is false according to your sales staff ****************************************************************************************
