    Applegate Home Buyers do exactly what they say they will do. They paid cash for my house. They bought my house fast! Everyone who works there really made me feel like what's best for me is what they are trying to do. True professionals. I encourage everyone selling a house to work with these guys! Wonderful group of people. Thanks!

    I am very frustrated with this team. Initially I input some details about a home I was considering selling a few weeks back. Before I could finish the online form I was already receiving more calls than I could answer. They were calling on top of one another. When I finally could answer a call I expressed my distrust due to the situation. An apology was made to me, but the phone calls did not stop. Later a supervisor called to see if he could still interest me in selling my house. I told him in very clear terms that I was choosing not to do business with this company and to take my information out of their system. Later that day I received a call from a man who identified himself as the owner of the company and said that he respected my decision but was wanting some feedback as to why I came to that decision. I expressed my concern over the lack of professionalism in that multiple people from the company were trying to call me at the same time, and the fact that I had told multiple people that I was choosing not to do business with them and yet I was still getting phone calls. The man who identified himself as the owner promised me that he would purge my info from his systems. I just received a follow up text message from the company asking if I was still interested in selling my house to them.If the self identified owner of the company is willing to state to me that he will purge my information from their system and he does not, what does this say about this company's ethics?
