  These guys are great! They got my insurance to cover my entire roof. I paid my deductible thats it! When I had questions they responded promptly and professionally. And my roof looks great!! I would recommend this company. Thank you!

  When the people came to my door, I was skeptical at first, Iwas too good to be true. They negotiated with my insurance company who covered my whole roof.

  My experience with this company was Fantastic!! I got my whole roof replaced and all I paid was my deductible. I would definitely recommend them.

  Top notch Professionals! Select Adjusters kept everything on track and was great to work with. This is the roofer everyone needs when working with an insurance company. Working with *************** he knew exactly what documents they needed to move the claim forward. Claim Adjusters moved everything quickly and smoothly. Thank you!!!!

  Work took over a year to get completed on **** square foot flat roof for $38000.00.I have a large skylight that is cracked.I have tried contacting Select Adjusters as they were paid as my acting agent to replace *******.Push * for customer service does not work. Push # for directory does not work. Contact ******* in back office never answers of returns any calls. These things have been a problem since day I signed.At this point I would not recommend Select Adjusters or any of their construction by parts. Literally no customer service. No follow up after job. After job they said they didn't get enough money from insurance and I had to pay for what insurance didn't pay.All I want is a call back and my large cracked skylight replaced

  ****************, there was more than just a roof on your insurance claim, there was interior damages and exterior damages also. We gave you and the contractor all the funds to properly do your roof. We were able to increase your settlement to a fair and reasonable amount with a +****% increase. We believe that you should call your licensed contractor regarding your skylight. After reviewing our file we had over 50 contacts with you including 3 project managers and 2 owners. The system shows that you were calling the owner's direct cell phone while he was on vacation, even when you knew that he was out of the country. Select Adjusters makes mistakes, and is far from perfect, but in this case, we did everything that was promised and even refunded you funds. We respectfully ask that you remove this review and call your contractor and get any repairs fixed as you are surely under their warranty. We wish you the best.

  Was the worst experience I have gone through. Took 4 months because they tried to get more money on my deck that didnt' need to be done behind my back. Was not informed. Never would return my phone calls or emails finally got through on ********!! Then I finally got contractors calling and emailing me. But when I read the contract I backed off. I was only suppose to pay for the deductible that's it. Well now I was to pay for any wood that might need to be replaced and only 2 yr warranty? I was so sick over this for months till I got it resolved by just cancel and take your 25% and give me the left over money and I can feel good again to be done with them. Oh and one time called and talked to contractor and asked for info that I never got like appraisel and what it was my money was going to got hung up 3 times and oh I don't know what's happening.

  *****, we are sorry that we did not hit your expectations during the claims process. We were able to get a settlement from the insurance company that we think was fair in a reasonable time period. We also can not dictate what your insurance company has placed in their policy, that is why there may have been additional charges for wood that wasn't included. We were trying to get additional funds on the deck, so that you could offset cost of wood and only have to pay for your deductible like stated. We continue to work on bettering our process and are grateful for your feedback and we are working on having better and more thorough communication.
