    Ive been with Brewer Stratton for years, and ******* is my third property manager. Ive never had a better relationship with a PM before. Shes very transparent with me on fees and communication with tenants. I couldnt be happier.

    I have worked with this Property Management company going on 4 years now, and they have provided stellar service. Anytime that I have had any issues (which have been very few) they are always immediately available. I have even received responses on the weekend when I figured I wouldn't hear anything until Monday. *******, has been my go to person, and she is always punctual and pleasant to work with.

    I have been a tenant with Stratton Vantage properties for five years working with ******* *******, she has been a delight to work with she doesnt only care about the company, but also her tenants this team has all ways and punctual professional, and understanding.     I contracted with Stratton Vantage in July of 2025 to handle two rental properties in **. Brylee has been my "property manager" and I couln't be happier with her services. She advised me on how best to market the properties, guided me on rent amounts, kept me informed on everything that was going on, provided weekly updates and is very responsive. ****** **** is professional and well informed and I highly recommend her.

    I recently moved into a new home that is managed by Stratton and specifically, ****** ****. My experience with Stratton has been extremely professional and exemplary. No one can deny that moving is an arduous process yet Brylee and her team have made it much easier with their property management systems; this includes on-line payment processing and maintenance requests. Brylee is personally responsible for 400 homes and she amazes me with her ardent attentiveness to tenant needs with not only expertise but also compassion. She's a total pro and a positive reflection of Stratton's corporate approach. They put the word "proper" to property management!

    We've been renting from them for 3 years now and it has been great. Our manager, ******* has been very helpful and kind since she took over as our point of contact. They've been generous and forgiving when we hit a rough patch and were quick to respond with a solution when our roof got damaged in the last round of heavy rains

    Katrina ******* and the Stratton team have been managing my property in AZ for 6+ years and I've been very pleased with their service and support. I wouldn't hesitate to have them manage another property(s) for me should I choose to further invest. For my tenant - my customer - I feel they do an excellent job of ensuring they are receiving a premium leasing experience, which is what I seek from a team managing my property.
