    I dont normally go out of my way to write negative reviews, but my experience with Stratton Vantage has been so poor that I feel its important to ******** girlfriend and I applied for a rental we really liked great location and price. After a self-guided tour, we submitted our application on a Saturday. By Monday, we received a text confirming they had it. I realized I made a small mistake on the application and immediately tried to contact the office.This is where the nightmare started:I called 9 times and only got a robo-caller that offered no way to speak to a real person.I left a voicemail no response that day or the next morning.When I finally reached someone, they gave me Heathers number. I called, no answer. Hours later she only responded via text almost 24 hours after my first attempt to reach ****** that point I had made 11+ calls and sent multiple texts just to correct one small issue.I was told it was fixed, yet by Friday another staff member (*****) reached out saying ******* had gone on vacation something we were never told. ***** asked about the same mistake that supposedly was already corrected. Only after I clarified did they finally run the background check, then told me nothing else could be done until Monday.Monday came and went with zero communication despite several messages from me asking for updates.This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when people are making serious housing decisions. If this is how they treat applicants, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be as a *********** yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

The leasing agent originally working on your file went on vacation, and when it was handed off, the backup was also unavailable which caused frustrating delays in getting you answers. You deserved better communication from us, and we regret that we let you down. Were making changes to ensure applications are covered smoothly going forward.     We are a vendor that works with Stratton Property Management. Our business has us working with many property management companies and Stratton stands out. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Stratton Property Management. ***** ****** is who I deal with and she is professional, responsive and truly cares about her clients (owners). Owners that are being managed by Stratton have nothing to worry about. Their properties are some of the nicest kept properties and ***** and her team make sure to turn the properties around quickly to get them back on the market and get them rented. I highly recommend Stratton to any owner looking for a company that will treat your property with the same care that they would show their own property

    Tracy Hickson did a fantastic job in coordinating the work to get my property in rent-ready condition. She provided me with before photos and indicated to me what needed to be done and the cost. She promised to send me photos as soon as the job was done and she did so. The house turned out great. Tracy is friendly, very professional and quickly responds to concerns.

    I am a licensed contractor and have worked with Stratton Vantage Property Managment for over five years. I have found everyone I have worked with to be highly conscientious, while always maintaining good communication. I work primarily with ***** and ***** in the maintenance department. I have found them both to be highly knowledgeable and to have a true concern to ensure their clients are being taken care of properly. I have no hesitation recommending Stratton Vantage to anyone considering doing business with them.
