    This company doesn't uphold their end of the CC&R that you sign when buying a property in this neighborhood. But they are fast to take your money for HOA fees. Street parking, debris left on property in plain view of the street, For instance we have a plumber that lives in our area and has 2 water heaters sitting on the side of his house for over 6 months. Weeds in common areas, weeds in the front yard of houses, trees down for over 2 weeks blocking sidewalks. This company is a joke. They obviously don't do drive arounds like they say they do. It's not my job to point these issues out to someone I am paying to do this job. If that's the case they should be paying me. They are hard to get ahold of with complaints, when you call to talk to a real person you leave a voicemail and have to wait (if ever) for them to call you back. All you can really do is email them and then you get some generic automated email telling you they are looking into the matter and that they are constantly in the area looking for violations which is definitely B.S. due to the length these issues have been in plain site. A company looking to hire this community management company I recommend looking elsewhere. Dos **** community, ********, **.

    Worst association ever! We have tried for almost 2 years now to work with them on our parking arrangements. They say no to parking in the street and threatened numerous times to fine us or tow our vehicle. We asked to build additional parking on our property, on our land, in front of ****** gate. We were denied! After asking several times in writing what they needed for us to get approved they would not respond! We started parking on our rocks in front of the ** gate. We were threatened to be fined for that as well. We moved our gate door up 5 feet so we could park behind our gate- a massive inconvenience for us however what option did we have? We received a violation for that as well. On March 16th we wrote them an email with all our concerns to avoid a fine and they responded on March 18th someone would get back to us. Since the email, we have been charged $50 for parking and now threated they will charge us $100 for the gate we moved. These items were addressed on our March 16th letter. NO ONE has contacted us and now we are at $150 in fines! Retaliation? Absolutely! This is the worst association ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT MOVE TO *********************!
