    I get my statement late and late charges are applied to my bill. No one answers the phone or calls me back!!!

    Snow property does not maintain our community yet will fine you for a 2 inch weed in your yard but in common areas that they need to keep looking good are 6 feet tall weeds. When you do speak up they will do everything in there power to keep you quit. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are bully's ( In my opinion ) They will not listen to home owners needs or wants just there own it seems.

    We just had a very positive experience with ***************************. My mother, who lives in *********, did not see the letter in which she was informed of a hike in the *** fees so she paid the old lower fee for 8 months before we finally noticed the discrepancy. ******** was very kind and understanding to us and offered to represent my mom before the board to try to get her late fees reversed. We are very grateful for a management company that listens and is kind and respectful in their communications. Thanks *****************!

    They are the worst. They dont take care of anything in the neighborhood. The people that work at snow property services own property in the neighborhoods that they service. This way they can get away with anything they want to do with their properties. They will fine you for the same problems that they have with their properties. Theres no one to hold them accountable. If you say anything about it to them they go after you even more. Stay away from them!!

    Snow Property should be put out of business. I give is a zero star rating but it won't let me. Hiring a lawyer to *** these clowns is the only way to go. They go against and violate their own written CCR's and they allow rain to ruin the interior of people's homes year after year. This company is run by a complete Narcissist and compulsive gaslighter. You can send video clips of water cascading through your newly installed recessed lighting and a flood coming into your house due to no drainage and no roofing materials and the whole clan of crows on Power Road Ste 122, will ghost your calls. They will even yell at you for calling them multiple times because your investment is being destroyed by mold that has been growing due to neglet. The complex was to be painted 2 years ago. That was in writing. Instead, they pave the parking lot which is a dumpster fire of a job. These people are clearly listening to a different voice in their heads. It is incredible. Anyone in ************ Heights needs to hire a lawyer! They will lose. Look at your CC&R's and *** them for negligence for the roof, exterior, gutters, drainage etc. Everything is a patch job to placate and deceive.

    This HOA is the most unethical, incompitent, no communication company ever. They do not enforce parking rules when visitors park in tented spots (happened several times over a 6month period) In 18 years I never missed a payment and then I get a nasty letter saying I missed a payment 2 years ago (or more likely they lost it) and they have been charging late fees on it for 2 years and now want to foreclose on my home if I don't pay. Then they raised or HOA fee, and then only a couple more months later, raised it again, and of course I never received any notification. Now they are trying to charge us $1000 because they think now, when everything costs more, is a great time to do major repairs (that we could probably post-pone) When I tried to discuss this with them and come to a resolution about the late fee, they refused to do anything about it. I highly recommend, not moving to a property they manage.

    Sent a request regarding a neighbor having a dilapidated and shredded canvas on their cheap patio gazebo for over two years. The manager. ***** sent me an email telling me to go over and confront these young renters.We need to join together as a community and replace this company with an affordable a more attentive company. We have next to nothing in community assets yet monthly dues are skyrocketing.

    6 months after filing an architectural request and 3 months after having sunscreens and a security door installed, a *************** services compliance inspector notified me I needed to file an architecture request for my new screens and security door or be fined. Apparently they lost the original request and even though my neighbor is on the board and told me how great they looked, nobody notified me about not being approved. snow property services lost the paperwork and this is not the first time, we have had parking violation stickers placed on our vehicles a number of times even after installing apps and getting stickers and doing everything they ask. I could not possibly recommend this company to manage any property as it seems they believe community resources are unlimited, and yet, have no accountability themselves.

    *** never felt compelled to leave a review for an HOA property management company until today. The way **** speaks to homeowners is reprehensible. Hes somehow forgotten that he works FOR the homeowners. Additionally there have been several recent resolutions passed by our HOA board that cannot be found anywhere in the published meeting minutes. Policies that **** sends out to our community dont align with the written documents available to us in our homeowners portal, and most recently weve been notified that the fine for not over seeding is $2500 (not a typo) per month! Its egregious. But again the written fine schedule available to homeowners on the communication portal states its $450 and then increases $50 a month. Homeowners were never notified that the Board passed a resolution for $2500 a month fines and our meeting minutes have not be published since April of 2022.
