    My lease started mid August 2021 and owned by Interurban, called Wilshire apts. Diamond Asset Management purchased the apartment complex and renamed it Residence at Deer Park. I was told I had to move out by the last day of July 2022. I asked since the 31st landed on a Sunday, if I would have to move out on Saturday the 30th. I was told yes. I also asked if the leasing office would be open on Saturday so that I can return the keys and they could do a walkthrough. I cleaned everything cleaner then when I received it and now they are charging me for having it dirty. I did not leave the apt as dirty as they showed me the pictures. Thats another thing, I was never even given proof nor the final bill until 10/21/22 after multiple attempts of speaking to a manager and requesting proof. I started my road trip to Virginia and couldnt wait for them to show up on Monday August 1st. Someone else made that mess maybe someone who inspected it because that place was cleaner than those pictures. Another complaint when they took of and labeled all the new parking spots as reserved, I went in showing my proof of disability and handicap placard and mentioned there were no longer any handicap spots on the other side of the complex and they said they are not required to install more than 4 spaces. That is untrue because the law said to count the number of apts and that shows they should have at least 8 handicap spots. I mentioned they are not ADA ********* and I would be submitting a complaint and then more handicap spots appeared a few weeks later. This is turning into a she-said, she-said type of scenario. I dont mind paying the oven cleaning fee because that is hard to dispute. Although the picture of the oven, I did not leave it dirty like that. The picture of the bath tub, the way the tub is shaped and falling apart is also not my fault so I shouldnt be charged for that. No one used the toilet because the apt was empty and I did my own walkthrough and everything was clean.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    If this company is not the correct intended company then I apologize for the confusion.

    H3731**34**30363738H **************************************************************** ************ has been adding attorney fees to my account when they should not be. I was at a zero balance on 9/16. Today, they are claiming I owe over $1400. They didn&#**;t tell me any additional fees would be added to my account.

    **************** states that Diamond Asset Management is adding attorneys fees to her account when we should not. **************** is a resident of *********************** Apartments, legal fees were added to her account in the exact same amount we were charged by Attorney fees from ***************************** of ******. She did not pay rent on time, was sent to the attorneys office for unpaid rent, we received a judgment for the balance due including legal fees and the property charged her legal fees. She was past due in rent from August 2022 and Sept 2022.
