              Maybe when a customer pays for warranty coverage against further termite damage to their home as I did with Varsity Pest Control, the appointment setters would be trained to expedite service to those customers as Varsity Pest Control has already taken money for this coverage and termites present a serious problem. I was initially told a 2 month wait and then called back and explained that i have already paid for the extra treatments and am concerned about what I am seeing in my house but was told no one could get to my house sooner. I have had 2 treatments covered under warranty and now am waiting 1 1/2 months for service for a third treatment. Varsity Pest Control has been a disappointment as far as customer service, and ability to take care of my termite problem.
