      The Bulwark pest control gentleman, did a great job. He even did places , I didn't have to ask him to do. I've used Bulwark for a couple of years now. Each time they come...they go above and beyond what is needed. They have great manners too. Thank you Bulwark.

      Exterminator did a good job, answered all questions that I had and also did a dewebbing outside sprayed inside house, basement, and all around house. I would recommend

      When I first signed on for service back in Mar 2025, the sales *** mentioned he would provide a $50 credit on the 1st service (following initial service). Moving forward to Sep 2025, I noticed they never credited this back in June 2025. When I called in (Sept 10th) to cancel my subscription, I asked whether this $50 credit can be refunded to me. ****** ***** found the note in the system and agreed the credit should have been given to me at the 1st service (so essentially I was overcharged for that month) but said it wasn't in their policy to give refunds, stated he didn't have the time for this type of call and that he would be hanging up the phone.I was overcharged and refused to be given a refund.

Thank you to ***** ******* , Orlando Council and ***** ***** fir your excellent service ! You all are what every customer hopes for . You dare , you work with excellence and you get the job done . You go over and beyond because you know what service is all about ! I cant say enough about every employee, from those that answer the phones to those that come out out device their customers . Thank you ******************** for all you do for the customers and your employees. You dont get service like this every day . It is clear you treat your employees in a great manner because they show it. Thank you for all you do, I cannot be happier with the device I have received . You all are number one in my book ! I cant say enough . One happy customer!

      About 2 years ago, had to cancel my weed service, as their product had no effect on my weeds. Waste of time and money.Pest control: Very disappointed. Was paying for pest treatments every 60 days. About 5 weeks after a treatment, I had ants coming up everywhere, and requested a "free" "satisfaction guaranteed" retreatment.Because it took bulwark a while to respond (weather/scheduling/whatever) I was told that retreatment would be my next "scheduled service". It had not been 60 days. This was wrong.I expressed my dissatisfaction through email, and spoke with a *** on 8-12-25. I was told 'tough titty', and that I owed bulwark $76 for the respray.What a rotten business practice.Bulwark calls this "satisfaction guaranteed".I say, cancel my service at my home, and for the sake of their coveted $76, I would certainly not keep a $2,000+ per year business account with them.Not very smart.Not at all honest.

      **** came out today to do my pest control. He was friendly, super efficient, let me know what was done, and if I needed anything between treatments, do not hesitate to call him back. Thank you for the great job done!
