I do appreciate that option. At the moment I am trying to obtain a loan through SBA and they are a little slower with processing vs another type of loan. If you can imagine there is a lot I had/have to still clean up since my time away from the business, I'm basically playing catch up at the moment From: ******************************* <****************> Sent: Tuesday, August 16, 2022 2:44 PM To: *********************** <*****************************************>Subject: Re: ************************************************************************. This is not an answer, her license does not even cover this company doing floors and we have been waiting to get our money back for well over a month now.   We sent you $5200.00 so far and the baseboards had to be replaced again by another contractor, the door frames do not even match flush, there are sanded marks on them and they do not look good either.  I am not sure why I am expected to wait on you when you took plenty of money from me.  You started ignoring our calls, emails and text for almost 2 weeks now, how did you expect us to react?   I am more than willing to let you be on a payment plan or something, but just to ignore us and not respond is un-acceptable.  This is not professional and needs to be corrected in a timely manner, it is not our fault that you are having issues with finances or behind, we are out a lot of money.

You did take money from me, $5200.00, this is not a threat. We did not want to go this route either, but when you ignore us for 2 werks what do you expect us to do?  If you intent to make payments or need time all you need to do is communicate this to us and not just ghost us.  How do you want to proceed?
