This moving company is not to be trusted! THIS SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! They booked my move and ended up subcontracting my move to a different company who then subcontracted to a 3rd company. They did not give me enough time to even go cancel as I was left on the day of my move to decide if I was going to go through with this company. This 3rd moving company arrived late and when I checked the van--the license plate was EXPIRED for 5 months!! I told them there was no way I was going to put my belongings in a truck with expired license. This company essentially notifies movers in your area and see if there are any takers--who ever shows up --you essentially don't know who they are! I have tried to get my deposit back but have not heard back from the company- I have also called my credit card company to cancel the transaction.

They only did half the job. They saw that I am physically disabled and they packed and moved but did not unpack. I pd an additional ****** to one of the workers to help and was told by the other worker the he was only coming back to get as much money as he could from me. He got ******. Moving Ally refunded ****** of the ******* that was paid to them. My point is they took advantage of me with a disability and flipped it saying I didn't communicate with them. I communicated with the person that sat up the contact for 3 people to pack and unpack. Elite Movers and MovingAlly took my money and only did half the work. I had to hire someone to unpack at ******. Let's not forget the Elite Mover that I paid ****** to only to be told he was only there to take my money. To know that and not say anything makes you, Elite Movers just as guilty. I can't get my money back but I will leave my honest review. Do not use Moving Ally or ***** ******. I have to leave one star to post. They deserve no stars at all. Shame on you for taking my money and then insult me with a ****** refund.
