    I visited Arizona Advanced Imaging, Mesa location on Inverness Avenue on 07/10/2023 and again on 07/17/2023 for x-rays. In August of 2023, I received a bill for the above services for $122.27, I promptly paid by check (see attached documentation). I received a duplicate billing statement in October. Unfortunately, I did not catch the oversight at that time due to multiple factors. When assembling my documents for taxes I noticed the error and contacted Arizona Advanced Imaging via the contact form on the website on 2/4/2024. I did not receive any return contact, so I called the billing number on 2/7/2024. The person I spoke with intimated that I had not written a check and proceeded to tell me that it was impossible for my payment to have been posted into another client's account. I have attached a copy of my duplicate check as well as a copy of my original check from my bank, both the front and back sides of the check showing that the check was cashed by Arizona Advanced Imaging. Per my bank, the transaction date was 8/28/2023, and a post date of 8/29/2023. This representative also told me I would hear back by the end of the day on Friday 2/9/2024.I did not receive a contact call back as stated by the representative, so I reached out again on 2/12/2024 leaving a voicemail. Again on 2/13/2024 leaving another voicemail. Approximately 20 minutes later I received a text message stating there was no update from accounting and that this representative would call me tomorrow. See the attached screenshot of the text message. No call was received. I called again on 2/20/2024 leaving another message. I also sent an email to the contact email address on the Arizona Advanced Imaging website.I am quite frustrated with this situation. Bottom line - I was billed twice for the same services, I paid twice for the same services. I would like Arizona Advanced Imaging to locate the account they placed my August payment into and reimburse me for my October payment of $122.27.
