    Had a baby and it was a traumatic delivery with me needing more time off work so I reached out for an extension because my short term disability for that period needed to be approved again with the doctor and The Hartford going back and forth. They send messages to reach out if you need help with deferring a payment so I reached out and the lady told me to have faith and asked for a payment and it was either choose between that or money for the light bill. I paid what I could and tried to reach out multiple times for assistance and got the same answer. Sadly the jeep was repossessed and was almost done paying it off. Wouldnt even let me get the car seat or anything out of it before taking it away. These people do not care if youre sick or dying they want that money and each month I was trying to pay catch up from where I missed time and was waiting for approval on my leave and disability. I dont even feel bad anymore, Ill get another vehicle but at least Im not paying on a vehicle that was damaged from the get go. Purchased from ******* and had an insane amount of pet hair which I could tolerate, that can be cleaned but two weeks after the safe return date the headrests deployed while parked and never supposedly being in an accident and the Jeep place that fixed the headrests said that they had deployed previously. Im happy to be done with Bridgecrest and will NEVER deal with them again and will advise anyone against it regardless of how your credit looks.

    Had auto pay been paying for 2.5 years. Changed banks updated on Oct 11 on their website and autopay to new account. In October on payment date they pulled the money from new account all was well. In November they tried to pull from closed account and charged an NSF fee. The website, my account shows the correct new account information. This organization is crooked. Don't use them if you really don't have to. **************** are broken English foreigners and supervisors and management are liars and nasty

    Absolutely the worst car company and finance option available today. They make it impossible for you to pay off your car. They offer you extremely unrealistic deferment options. The "management" that take your phone calls are extremely hostile all while not understanding your question to begin with and/or concerns. I would recommend picking any other car company over this one. They need to go out of business they will not be a good customer option ever.

    I paid off my loan in full and have an overpayment, and so far its been nine months and they cannot get my overpayment check to me. They always say they will call me back and they never do. Every time I ask the status of my check, they tell me that theres no ETA. They have told me that my check was undeliverable even though Ive updated my address with them twice and have mail forwarding set up. Apparently they cant issue me a new check even though theyve voided the first one. If it were the other way around, they wouldve already ruined my credit and repossessed my car. I will not be taking out another bridgecrest loan. They need to send me the money that Im owed.

    This company is very aggressive with repossessing a car at 60 days late. I had my car repossessed to a company in ************, after paying to get my car released at 2 pm on a Friday that company had already closed for the weekend, again I had just paid to get my car released but was still unable to get it. Bridgecrest needs to communicate better with the companies they hire out to and their clients as this is a very inconvenient situation and couldve been resolved earlier if I had known that the repossessed company would close early. I will be refinancing my car loan to another company ASAP!

    I am filing a formal complaint against *******, Jaguar, and Bridgecrest regarding a major engine failure and the lack of assistance from all parties involved.I purchased a 2018 Jaguar [Model Name] from Carvana on Mothers Day in May 2023, and the vehicle was financed through Bridgecrest. The car had approximately [mileage at purchase] miles at the time of purchase and has been properly maintained with regular service since ******* only ****** miles, the engine completely failedjust ***** miles beyond the 60,000-mile warranty limit. An engine failure at this mileage is unacceptable and clearly not normal wear and tear, especially for a premium vehicle such as a Jaguar.I have contacted *******, Jaguar, and Bridgecrest seeking help or some form of assistance. Despite explaining that this failure occurred barely past the warranty coverage, none of the three companies have offered any support. ****** refuses goodwill assistance, ******* has declined responsibility as the selling dealer, and Bridgecrest has not offered any support or relief, even though I am now making payments on a vehicle that no longer runs.This situation has caused significant hardship. I cannot afford to continue paying for a car that is inoperable through no fault of my own. If I do not receive assistance or a fair resolution, Bridgecrest can arrange to pick up the vehicle, as I cannot continue to make payments on something that does not run.Desired Resolution:Jaguar to repair or replace the engine at no cost, or Carvana and/or Bridgecrest to contribute financially toward the repair, or A fair resolution that releases me from the loan obligation if the vehicle remains inoperable.I have all maintenance and service records available to demonstrate that the vehicle has been properly cared for.

    On 10/30/25, I purchased a 2017 ***** Traverse. At the time of purchase, I signed the contract but I was not given the option to refuse gap insurane and lojack. This company forces people to take gap insurance and lojack as part of their loan which makes the monthly payment vey high especially at 28.4 % interest. I do not need these addirional expenses. I was never given the option to refuse it.

    Definitely one of the worst companies. Very high interest rates make it impossible to pay off your car. They will never work with you to defer payments. I was always on time for 2 years, than my mom passed and had to take care of my dad for a month..no deferment. Recently the transmission went out and I'm trying to cone up with 4000 to fix it, again no deferment and threatening to reposess it. They seriously want to repossess a dead car? I was only requesting a month deferment as I'm selling my home and would be able to pay it off, but no. They really need to be investigated as they take advantage of those with bad credit who are trying to rebuild. They only make it worse.
