1 starAfter 4+ years of on time payments, for the past 2 months I go onto the website and login. I go to make my monthly payment and the website glitches and takes 2 payments. I live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford 2 payments at once. I have to get my bank to cancel the payments and get charged $30.00 from my bank and I get charged $30.00 in returned fees from Bridgecrest. When I call them they tell me I submitted 2 payments, I explain I did not and that in the 4+ years I have been paying them, I have never paid 2 payments at once. I pay 1 payment per month but they put it on me as my fault. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If I wasn't down to 10 remaining payments, I would consider refinancing and being done with them. Up until last month I didn't feel this way about the company as I never had problems, but last month and this month big issues, I am afraid to see what next month brings.Review fromKristen F

1 starBeware!! This company is awful to work with.. they prematurely repossess your vehicle. Refuse to help resolve an issue.. I made payment arrangements and they took the vehicle anyways and then said they would hold it while I drove down and caught it leaving on the auction truck! Now I went to get my car tags in July- AND THE THEY NEVER TRANSFERRED THE ***** IN MY NAME! Ive had the car for over a year! Ive been renting a car since I cant drive the car, and now the have send out the repo company!Review fromLisa S

1 star****************************** leaves a LOT to be desired. Until recently, I hadnt really had any issues because my relationship with them was just them taking money out of my account. NOW. Ive moved to a different state that requires a title copy for registration. I called to request it via email so I can mail in my application, they said ***** hours. I called to check in a week later, they said usually titles were uploaded ***** days after vehicle purchase but my title needed to be uploaded by ******* into their system, another ***** hours. No update, no call, no email. (Also, I got the car over a year ago, why hasnt it been uploaded yet??!) Two days later (today) I call to check again, now they cant email it to me, they have to send it directly to the dmv and they need the fax number/address, another ***** hours. What a mess.Bridgecrest

1 starI bought a car through ******* and this was the company that provided the loan. I really wish I could have financed the loan through my own financial institution but ******* doesn't partner with my bank. Bridgecrest **************** is practically non-existent. When calling, they recite some boilerplate legal language at the beginning which it makes it sound like they're a collection agency that contacted you because you were delinquent on your payments and that the sole purpose of the call would be to get that money. They then jump into the rest of the script they're provided to confirm your identity and they will not deviate from that. You need to know exactly how they have the make and model of your car listed in their system because the representative said the information I provided didn't match their records. I tried calling four different times with no success. Finally, I reached out to support via text message and used every combination/way of listing the make and model of my car and ultimately they "verified" my account only to find out that, in order to apply an additional payment toward the principal beyond the scheduled amount, I need to contact customer service every time. 1 starI have had car loans with ************, *****, Ally, OneMain & 2 local credit unions. I have never seen a company more disorganized or more unprofessional than Bridgecrest. Since losing my job in April, I have been in touch with 9 different individuals from there which claimed they would help me. Their emails even state it. I had a payment due September 30. The payment is $670. Just to be safe I paid $680. I use SoFi for my bank. I have never had an issue with any utility with my rent or with any other bills. I had a balance of $980 in the account. I had no other charges coming out except for this payment. I made the payment on the day it was due & I paid $10 extra just to be sure it covered it. According to my bank, they never attempted an ACH transaction. They never notified me, not even once, by mail, email, text or call that my vehicle was going to be repossessed. On Thursday, October 2, at 9 PM EST I chatted with an agent over text so that I had it in right now she told me for some reason my payment did not go through and that I had an entire business day to correct it before a repossession order would be put in. In fact, in writing to their support number, they even stated that the repossession order was canceled. I even got a text from their official number, that my payment had posted. They never notified me once in any form of communication that the payment did not go through. ***** They did not call, *** not send anything in email or text, did not send anything in writing. The only way I found out was the money was still in my account. Not a single dollar was taken out. I contacted **** who told me there was no trace of an ACH from Bridgecrest. I contacted their Support as I stated earlier to the text message so I had it in writing. She stated I had an entire business day to submit a payment.The next day I left for ********* car was gone. They even took medicine which my son lives on. They destroyed my house badly. I had to rent a car instead.Bridgecrest
