1 starIm a retired senior and in all my life, have never been as frustrated with a company. I started writing my story and found it too complicated to capture in this space. In summary, Ive been trying to payoff and close my account since 9 Jul. Its 29 Jul and my accounts on hold while they finish whatever they have to do to reopen it that takes 5 business days!! This is the second time its happened. All they do is figure out creative reasons why its my fault when every fumble has been their fault!I feel absolutely helpless, theyre all robots telling me the same unfortunately, our process wont allow.I think whats going to have to happen is Ill need to send a paper check in the mail like were in the 1990s! But I cant now because they cant provide a payoff amount because my account is on hold!! Do yourself a favor and dont do business with this company.avoid them like the plague!Bridgecrest

1 starIf I could leave 0 stars I would. They received a loan payoff from my insurance company over 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been credited to my account and they're telling me to wait at least another week for it to process. Meanwhile my loan is collecting interest that I'm responsible for and they're collecting interest on the payment from my insurance company. They say it can be a 3-5 week process.Bridgecrest

1 starAfter a long conversation with multiple representatives and a supervisor, I am highly dissatisfied with the level of ignorance, pure ignorance and literally no knowledge in what good customer service is. After a repo was added to my account, I made the cancellation payment as asked to pay, followed by it takes 24 hours for the repo company to acknowledge payment/cancellation. I asked for supervisor to call the repo/tow company to let repo company know of my satisfied payment and he refused. I asked for a confirmation email showing payment and the supervisor gave me trouble repeatedly that if I didnt get it, then oh well. Im appalled at how Bridgecrest runs their company. Ive never missed a payment, ever - but this is below the line of good representation and I will be contacting a lawyer to file suit for damages, including if my car ends up getting towed this evening. Ive also contacted my state representative because (as my mother is a lawyer), I will be getting my state representative involved with your poor practices.Bridgecrest

1 starIf I could leave no star, I would! Who adds a check balance from an insurance company instead of deducting it from the balance? Bridgecrest accounting! On top of that to fix their mess up! It can take up to 5 business days to get fixed! Don't go with these people!Bridgecrest

1 starThe customer service was not very clear. I could not understand anything he was saying. I actually recorded the conversation. Cause I kept getting forwarded to a new person and then they still gave me the same answer the last person gave me. The information given was very unclear. I asked to skip a payment I explained why, they said it would not affect my credit so I hope thats true. I found the phone call to be very unprofessional and unclear. I had to make out what they were saying so I record every conversation with them from now on. I think I will be better off refinancing with someone better.Bridgecrest

1 starThe people are the absolute worst and not only do the unlawful take your vehicle even when you have the money to make your payment and the only reason you hadnt made the payment was because of their janky automated system. Plus when you inform them of the c*** system they say oh thats because you need to call in. So basically they steal your vehicle from your driveway, take off with your personal property, drive away squealing my tires, burn my fuel like a bunch of criminals and then charge you a 600 dollar reinstatement fee on top of the wasted fuel and whatever else you destroyed on your vehicle.Lets not forget how they didnt bother to contact you in any sort of way they sent their cronies to steal your vehicle from you on a Sunday afternoon and yet you have to figure out a way to go get your vehicle. You have to come up with the extra money just because these people are thieves stay away from them if you can.Bridgecrest

1 starI paid off my loan with Bridgecrest but needed the Lien Release to sell the vehicle. I did not receive it in the allotted timeframe I was told by Bridgecrest. (10 business days from release). I called multiple times letting them know that I did not receive it and if they could expediate it because I had a buyer for the car, but needed the paperwork to complete the sale. I was told there is nothing that they can do and it would be another 10 business days to get the lien release. They are extremely frustrating to deal with. I never missed a payment and when it finally came time that I needed something from them, I was completely ignored.Bridgecrest

1 starGo ahead and try to make a Principal only payment. The ONLY way to do this is call the 800 number, which of course is overseas. Communication issues are real. You have to tell them "I want to apply this extra payment to the Principal" and they tell you it will take 2-3 days to "get approval" for a principal payment, and that you need to CALL BACK to tell them you still want to do it. Ridiculous. They make it such a PAIN in the a$$ to discourage principal payments. ********. I cant believe ******* is in business with people like this.Bridgecrest

1 starThis company reprocessed my vehicle for being short $4.25 they didn't even notify me of the shortage. The credit processing fee was taken out. I made a ****** dollar payment. They deducted the car processing fee. Within 4 days they look my truck. Yes, I had a back balance, however the 689 was what was needed They could have notified me, $4.25Bridgecrest
