    I was charged for a service I did not receive. This company did a service update and I went 4 months without internet service. I called repeatedly to get answers with no return calls, I was unable to cancel, my call was finally returned when the product was back up and running. I was told if I canceled I would not receive the $109 dollars per month for the last 4 months I had paid, but instead they would give me half of the next 6 months as a way to compensate me. This never happened. I called in and spoke to a supervisor who claimed the representative I spoke with was unable to give out that promotion and since the call was greater than 30 days, she couldn't pull the recording. This supervisor claimed she would investigate this issue and get back to me. **** had never called me back. I continue to call and leave messages with no return call. In all, it was over $1000 that was fraudulently taken out of my account. When you are unable to cancel a service because they don't answer their phones and then promise promotions that never happen, there's no other way to explain it than Fraud. I was an understanding customer, willing to work through their issues and they took advantage of that.

    When canceling my service on the day an automatic payment was due, they charged me another month and would not refund. This companys service was spotty and intermittent through out our time with them. The product was reported to give a speed that never was provided. This was all we could get at the time so we went with it. We feel a refund is in order based on the timely cancellation on our part. I will never use this company again.
