    This is hands down the worst fraudulent insurance company next to Trexis which is there sister company. A Legacy ensure wrecked into me a Traxis ensure and they tried to pin both of us at fault so the ********************** company did not have to pay out however I fought it, and 9 months later still waiting on my reimbursement check. It still shows that Im at fault for an accident that I did not cause. (It was a three car accident on the freeway and I was in the middle) they never even asked for a copy of the police report before putting me at fault for this incident. I personally had to send it to them. Ive called and sent emails for 9 months now. Theyve had three different people in charge of my claim. Still nothing.. and the supervisor is rude and no help! Next Im going to social media and the news Im sick of them playing with people! Pay more money and go to ANY OTHER COMPANY. Trust me!

    Worst insurance ever!. If you were ever affected by a driver who has this insurance ...by all means get a lawyer!!...Rude and will never call back for anything at all!...i have been waiting since oct 24 for a single call and nothing!!..****** is by far a horrible adjuster, very negative and a liar!!!

    The responsible party who hit my car uses this insurance agency. I have repeatedly tried to get my out-of-pocket expenses paid from the accident they are responsible for and no response. No return calls, no emails. They had me resend receipts over and over again at the beginning saying they did not receive them and now they are just ignoring me. I'm glad this is not my insurance and I do not recommend them at all. Over 6 months ago.
