    I keep getting soliciting at my door from this company, I have a no soliciting sign directly above my doorbell, I have called twice now to let the soliciting employee know I am not interested in a company that only advertises by going door to door and that they are in violation of state law by ringing my doorbell with a posted no soliciting sign. Yet they continue to come and violate the law? What other laws are they okay with violating?? I would not trust this fly by night company unless you do not value your hard earned monies.

    I signed a contract with prowest llc for them to repair hail and wind damage that had happened on my property after meeting their representative on my parking area, then after a few back an forth with the insurance and prowest llc representative we finally got everything arranged and I was told there was and order in for supplies coming. however no order showed up, and after reaching out Vai text to the representative and email to prowest llc I gotten no response back.

    the original contract was for repairs to be made in approximately 90 days, and unfortunately even after talking with the project the representative I was informed there is someone above him causing delays. I completely understand insurance can be difficult and unwilling work with contractors or even their insured parties. However I still have damage to my property that isn't repaired. Because of the delay some of the damage has increased to the point where the broken pieces are just falling out or off.

    The first week of September of 2022 I signed contract with Prowest to replace the roof for ****** dollars.In November during our *********** the roof started leaking in one of the bedrooms.I contacted Prowest by email and phone 0n 11/21/22 and about a week later someone came out and confirmed leak and location.i was told around 10 days before someone could come to make repair.On 12/19 I emailed my contact,**** at Prowest and was told I should make BBB complaint.Alarmed I called office and was told by CEO they would contact vendor and call me right back. The call never came and now its 12/26/22 more than month later and a week of rain coming this week Iam so very unhappy with Prowest Roofing in *******.I have buckets in the bedroom to catch some of the water but there is damage to ceiling and now smell in room and carpet.

While this is not an excuse our operations department has bee hit hard by this flu and covid season.     I had a sales rep knock on my door after a severe storm informing me of damage on my roof. I initiated an insurance claim in August and signed a contract with Prowest for the scope of work to cover the insurance items. I did inform them verbally that I also wanted to replace damaged fascia at the same time. I subsequently confirmed via text that they could replace damaged fascia. I had texted asking how we should proceed for identifying which fascia would be replaced but no response.The roof rebuild happened on September 26. Some fascia was already getting replaced so assumed that any needed fascia was getting fixed and we would settle up on costs later. At the end of the build, there were several sections of fascia that were in horrible condition including one section of board obliterated by termite activity. When doing the final walk through, I was assured this was an easy fix and someone could come back out subsequently to fix. After not having any luck getting Prowest to commit to actually coming to repair the fascia, I solicited quotes from multiple other roofing companies to fix the fascia. When I told them the roof was two weeks old, the roofers appeared baffled and less than interested to engage in something like this (I dont blame them). The contractors explained that this fix was much more invasive and involved than I had been led to believe originally during the final walk through. I was also advised that another contractor doing this work would likely void my roof warranty.Needless to say, after soliciting quotes from four other roofing companies, none were willing to engage given how new the roof was and the consensus and advice from them was to have Prowest make this right.I have subsequently tried working with the sales rep. ** did get me under contract and I made a 50% deposit of $1,185 on the project (total project cost $2,370, payment made on 10/25). However, I am now told that it could be a LONG time until they can schedule this repair.
