5 starsProwest stopped by to inquire about our roof and possible damage from a recent storm. We are so glad they did because there had been quite a bit of damage. They gave us a quote and then we started a claim with our insurance. They helped with the whole process. They were professional and informative. They completed the new roof and clean up in one day and we only paid our deductible. Best of all we got to replace our 18yr old roof with a new one with minimal cost.Review fromRick B

5 starsTop notch flawless performance from start to finish. I was skeptical when they said they would take care of everything and there would be no surprises that I would have to deal with and that proved to be correct. Everything went smoothly and on the time frame that they projected. Everyone showed up when they said that they would, they kept me up to date on everything. There were a few things that popped up once the work started, things that could not be known ahead of time but just like they said, they took care of everything. This was the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor - I wish they all were this professional and top notch.

5 starsI had ************* from ProWest roofing take care of my old wore out roof. I am so happy with the selection of different shingle colors, warranties and professionalism from *** and his crew. 1 starProWest contacted us to do to repair work from Hail storm in July 2022. Made down payment in December of $6750 for work to be completed in December 2022. Representative said they would do work finally in April 2023 notified ProWest that were not interested in their work and tried of their delay tactics. Canceled work and asked for deposit to be returned. Company does not respond to phone , texts or email!They have done the same with our two neighbors. Project manager, ***************************, was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project, answered all questions in detail and provided a precise explanation of what to expect throughout the entire process. 5 starsThey are absolutely the best roofing company in *******. Super quick response time when I inquired about the services. ******************************* and ******** are and absolutely boss team. They are extremely knowledgeable and they took care of everything from me and the insurance. If you need a roof or even small repairs, highly highly recommend them. Once the job started it was so quick and done with care. ***** our project manager come out the house hour after hour to inspect the job. He personally ran to get more materials if needed. The communication levels were very quick too. ***** and ******** answered all my questions, call and or text. ProWest is the best of the best. Id give 10 of 10 stars if I could. Will definitely use them again to jobs.Prowest
