    I had a house fire nearly 2 years ago and this company did the packout and storage of nearly all of my belongings. Construction on my home is finally complete and they returned my things last week. I have to say that they did a great job. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Everything was carefully packed and well taken care of. Things that had smoke residue were professionally cleaned. I cant say enough good things about these people. They made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I was very nervous about the prospect of strangers coming into my home and packing everything up and taking it away. But they quickly put me at ease about the situation. When my things were returned everything was in the same or better condition that it was in when it was removed, They placed all the furniture exactly where I wanted it and then when they returned the boxed items they were placed in the rooms that they were in before. The day after everything was returned they sent someone out who spent several hours helping me unpack and put things away. They are also removing the boxes and packing materials as I continue to unpack *********** owner was very involved with every step of the process and responded immediately to any questions that I had, including answering his phone on a Saturday when I was concerned about a situation that I thought might have been an issue but was not. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the services they offer.
