            My wife and I placed two separate orders with The American Mule for two copper mugs each:May 9, 2023, ***********************, Apple Pay purchase, Order# ****, confirmation number CQsneoO0UgAAGia9kF2Z4w, purchase price $141.25. My wife made a purchase on April 21, 2023 for the same $141.25 but I do not have order or confirmation numbers.We have never received the products we ordered. I've reached out to the company via email from their webpage theamericanmule.com , I've tried calling any phone number I can find, I've messaged and commented on their instagram page - after several months, no response. I have found comments and reviews on their amazon page and instagram account where other individuals have also not received what they purchased. I'd be happy to get my money back but I'd be happier if they shut down their website and prevent folks from spending money if they won't fulfill orders.
