    Was great! I was so nervous about getting my CDA but they helped me through it all! Would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get their CDA Certificate!

    The 3 day program was intense, however was very informative. All of the instructors are amazing. They had me so prepared for my PDS visit. My PDS said my portfolio was very well put together. I would recommend this class to anyone.

    I attended the *** fast track class March 22nd in ******* I had my exam on April 8th and my visit on the 19th and was awarded my *** on April 20th.!! The whole process was smooth but if it wasn't for this course I wouldn't have had the confidence that I need to continue. My PDS really enjoyed reviewing my portfolio. I wanted to thank you guys. I wouldnt have been able to complete this portfolio without this amazing program. If you take everything on the list that is needed then this course will be super easy and overall helpful. It is overwhelming but when you see your portfolio come together at the end it's completely worth it. *****************, *************** and all the staff are super friendly and organized. They definitely know what they are doing I have already applied for the staff credential. My boss and family are super excited I hope to see you guys soon for the Florida directors credential program!

    The 3 days training was all worth it. Instructors were very helpful also, they were all great.. I just got my CDA credentials today, thank you so much for all the helped. You guys are awesome

    As long as you come prepared this class is amazing!!!! They helped me so much along the way! After I did the class I finished all my state test in 3 weeks. If you schedule the day after you can get it all done so fast. They always have the best books for sale to! Thankyou so much for helping me achieve my goal! Im officially a director now!

    Awesome course and training. Instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful.I did both Director and CDA credentials. Its the best and fastest way to achieve this credential. You wont regret it, worth every *****!

    It was a rough start. From my employer putting the wrong mailing address to the manager of NICCM emailing the wrong email address, it was starting to feel it was not meant to be. But God works in mysterious ways. I was so determined to get my ***. I am extremely glad that I did not give up. The course was very informative and helpful. Putting my portfolio was something I was stressed about, but the team at NICCM made it super easy. They provided everything YOU needed to bring. It is ALL about YOU. I do not have much negative comments. The experience was amazing. They are willing to answer any "stupid" questions, even if they have to repeat the answer 20 times for you to understand it. The *** exam was not as simple as it was explained at the course. The number of questions increased from what is explained in the Competency Standards workbook. NICCM's purpose is to ensure we succeed. I attended the course during the weekend of July 21st to the 23rd. As of August 23rd, I am *** certified. I am looking forward to the Director's course because I am a lifelong learner.

    The course is great however the UNPROFESSIONALISM of ***** who says she is the manager is unbelievable. Not only did she hang up on me 3 times she also accused me of fraud. Lol . She speaks to people in a very rude and condescending way and expects it to be ok. Between ***** and ****** one might ******* even taking the course. NOBODY DESERVES TO BE SPOKEN TO LIKE THEY ARE LESS THAN...and that exactly what you will get when calling them for help... I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING REMOTELY CLOSED especially from a person in MANAGERIAL POSITION.. Take The course just don't have to call ***** OR ****** for anything..

    Absolutely not spam.and I have emails to prove as well as written detailed accounts from other staff at my place of employment as well as other places who have experienced the same exact thing. It's sad that in 2023 people still feel superior to others. I will definitely provide receipts and statements... However the course is still great it's just the UNPROFESSIONALISM that's makes it horrible
