      Technical issue solved within 30 seconds by **** (caused by me, not computer!). Reassured by *** that regular"check-up" on computer showed no viruses, malware, etc. I have taken my laptops to Data Doctors for decades and their superior assistance and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

      The woman working the counter at 9am on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the North Mesa store on East ********* has all the personality of a dented garbage can. She should not be talking to customers.
