This company is a scam. I was promised that my thin sheers would be cleaned for $500.00 professionally. Their subcontractor came in to use a hand held vacuum and went up and down holding the curtains with his hands. He said he was vacuuming the dust. He then use a hand held steamer and ran it over the sheers. I think this company over sold the job. We were to get the carpet cleaned for a discount and the worker says they didn't tell him about spot cleaning. He says that would be an extra $150.00. My wife said okay. Well, the spots never came out. He came twice to get the spots and the red spots are still in the carpet. I wanted to get paid back for using our water. The worker had a bucket that he had to fill up in our personal bathroom which is located in a different area of our house. This was a shocker to me. Call the company and they didn't want to compensate. Told me to call the contractor ******* to get my $150 back. I felt that I shouldn't call him, that's ******** job. We felt this was a very poor job for $700 and are asking to be compensated. ********************** uses their own water not a five gallon bucket to fill up water in your home.

I have not heard from this company with any resolution

The resolution we are offering this client is to give them a $100 refund
for the negative experience. Or a complete redo of the service.
Our company warranties all work for an entire month from the service
date . We feel the local technician
who performed the service did not meet the clients expectations. We look
    forward to resolving this matter.

    Thank you,

I was guaranteed my leather chairs would be cleaned with a process that penetrated the leather to remove all soiled areas. A company by another name came to my house using only tap water and a solution that did not remove any of the stains after 25 minutes. I was promised a refund and even got a copy of the check issued to me but it never arrived. Then I was promised a refund to my credit card which also never happened. All of this took 20+ phone calls and no results. I have pictures of my chairs which I sent to the company showing the soiled areas were not cleaned. Their website clearly states The Best Upholstery Cleaning Ever, Or Its Free ************

Regarding this complaint our company is offering to reclean the chairs
    at no charge .
The technician who we designated for the warranty service was not
available for a 2 week period.
And this hindered the warranty service from being done in a timely
    manner.
Our company is willing to reclean the chairs at no charge.

I contacted Elysium Services for a quote to clean carpet, ************** A Deposit of $920.00 was placed on my credit card. I called on Aug. 20th. and cancelled the services due to family concerns & possibility of having to travel. On 8/27 ****, the staff at Elysium confirmed by phone that the ********************* to my credit card was being processed & would take 3-4days. I called on 9/4/24 & asked about the refund of my deposit. I told them I wanted it in my account by that day. I received a Transaction Reciept by email & was told again, that it would take 2-3 to process. It is now 9/9/24 & I have had no notification from the bank that the refund has been returned. I told them I would be contacting the BBB to report.
