    *** filed a formal complaint with the ******************************* and Financial Institutions regarding Clean Sheets, the contents company assigned to my claim. I believe there was gross negligence, overbilling, mishandling of property, and serious disruption to my personal life and business. Clean Sheets charged around $30,000 for services that were poorly performedor not performed at all. I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of these charges and their long-term consequences.Key issues include:1.Returned items were dirty and unsanitized, including those labeled total loss.2.Unsanitary packing practicestoilet brushes packed with clean linensresulted in the loss of essential household items.3.Boxes were delivered in an unsafe, disorganized manner, blocking my garage and making my home uninhabitable for two months.4.Many items were lost or damaged, including business equipment, electronics, and my Sleep Number bed.5.The disruption affected my business, causing delays, income loss, and reputational damage.6.I sustained a back injury from moving heavy boxes, requiring ongoing treatment.7.An employee, *******, made demeaning comments about the condition of my home, which added to the emotional stress.This situation has been devastating on every levelphysically, emotionally, and financially. Since Clean Sheets was contracted under my policy, Im reaching out for your guidance on how to proceed, including whether the charges are justified and what steps I can take for reimbursement or resolution.
