      I cancelled my subscription to their carwash services, received an emailed confirmation (see attached) and was continually charged for 18 months regardless of cancellation. It is useless to attempt to reach the business by telephone nor do they respond to emails. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR MONTHLY PLANS!!!!

      I have repeatedly tried to cancel my monthly membership over the last four months, but have been still be charged. After submitting a cancellation request, I never received confirmation from the company.

      I have actually been a happy customer for the past 2+ years. However, we recently moved and no longer live near this car wash. I have submitted a cancellation request online, attempted to fill out the contact form online and have dialed their listed phone number - but have never been connected with a human being, or heard back. I am continuing to be charged on a monthly basis and recently filed a stop payment with my bank. Do not sign up for the monthly service here.

      Rinse N Ride enrolled me in a monthly subscription after I got one carwash WITHOUT my consent. They then charged you monthly until I figured it out. I had to contact the credit card company to stop payment, multiple times. And since Rinse N Ride didn't actually have a membership set up for me since I never gave them any information, there is/was no membership to cancel - they just kept charging me. I could not reach a single person at the company, and they're listed under an opaque LLC in ********, who also cannot be reached. This is illegal, I want my money refunded.

      I never subscribed to any service from Rinse N Ride. After getting a standard car wash from them, I have come to found out that without notification, agreement, or any kind of communication, that they unlawfully without my consent charged my credit card for a membership for 14 months. Not a single notification was made or agreed to and I believe they are purposely doing this to charge unsuspecting people like myself that use their service for 1 time. The total amount paid out has been ****** and screenshots of the exact dates I was charged have been submitted below. Business address visited: *******************************************************

      I have attempted to cancel this membership 3 different times, to no avail. I am simply asking the company to allow me to cancel the membership ans stop trying to charge me. Because I cannot utilize this service and I have not had a vehicle since November 2023. I have tried to cancel this membership on 2 separate occasions. I have even went in person to speak with the associates that work at this establishment. I would like to cancel my membership.

      I took my new SUV to rinse and ride on ************ and ********* on 1/12/24 and purchased the most expensive wash available. I drove thru as normal and when I got out of my vehicle to towel dry the exterior, I realized the car wash had ripped apart my passenger side mirror and a large piece of y mirror was missing. I went to the office and spoke with the assistant manager and he had to physicllay go into the car wash machine to get my mirror housing that was ripped off during the car wash! The assistant manager then proceeded to tell me that they have signage up and do not cover any damages to my vehicle cause by their car wash! I had to tape my mirror back together to just be able to drive off from the car wash. Took my vehicle to get a quote to repair the damages caused by rinse and rides car wash and its going to COST ME $1,300 to repair my mirror. I am absolutely dumb founded that now I have to pay this for another companies equipment damaging my vehicle! I will be trying to get in touch with Rinse and Ride's owner to discuss this issue because this is unacceptable!

      Went to get a single car wash and have been charged for a $14.99 membership since October. There is no customer service except an online form, which I cant file because I have no barcode since I never signed up for any membership.

      I purchased a single car wash at the Rinse and Ride in ******* on ****************** in May 2023. I live in ********* and was visiting for a few days. The car wash is $14.99. I charged the wash to my credit card and I just discovered this company has been charging me $14.99 every month since May 2023. They must have signed me up for a monthly membership. I have called the company and left a message. I also emailed them. On the BBB website there are four phone numbers all of which go to an automated system. The phone number listed on my bank statement is a non-working phone number.

      I had a reoccurring car wash membership monthly and it was for $39.99 a month. I submitted a cancel request for this membership in June of 2023 and I received and currently have the confirmation email confirming Ive cancelled my membership and that it was processed successfully. Since the month of June Ive been charged monthly to my credit card for a car wash membership that I was told was cancelled. I have attempted to contact the business 3 separate times through their online contact us section of their website with no success. I need help getting ahold of this business to cancel my membership and refund me the money Ive been charged since my cancellation in June. Thank you again for taking the time to review.

      Thank you for taking the time to reach Rinse n Ride through the BBB. We apologize to hear you experienced difficulties contacting us, but happy to have come to a resolution. Upon looking into this, there was a cancellation received on June 26th, 2023, however the cancellation contained information that did not match within our system. The unique member identifier entered into the system contained the number two in place of a three, which matched a different membership in our data base, generating a false confirmation. Due to the system being automated, this was overlooked. We apologize for any inconvenience, but any charges accrued since the cancellation have been refunded and will reflect back on the original payment method within 3 business days.
