    The thread on top are 2 different colors. We live hrs from place my daughter never used. We have receipt but because it was past 30 day policy we were told to contact by email the store owner. I have yet to hear back even after calling and leaving my number. I paid over $ 200 for these and I only ask for what I paid for. We only tried on one boot which is why we didn't notice the difference.

    We bought 2 pairs of boots. They did not give us boxes. The next day I went back to return one of the pairs of boots. The boot were not worn and still had all the tags on them. I was returning because I was told by the store the boot were great for dancing. Our dance instructor told us that they had rubber soles and were not good for dancing. We need leather soles. We immediately went back to the store to return the pair with rubber soles. They told us that we needed the box to be able to return them. We told them, yes but you did not give us a box. They told us the return needed to be approved by the manager. They took our phone number and said the manager would call us. About a week later we called them because the manager never called. They said the manager would call. That was 2 weeks ago at least. Our receipt does not say anything about a box being needed to make a return. I called last week and told them I would need to contact BBB if they did not call. Still no call.
