1 starI am absolutely disgusted with this company. Due to some storm damage in June, I finally got someone from MESA AWNING out at the end of August to replace the metal roof over my patio. It has done nothing but leak since. Every time there is rain my patio floods. Every time I call to let them know, the people who answer the phone are so extremely rude and dismissive. Im told someone is going to come out, no one contacts me to let me know that theyre here, no one contacts me to follow up and let me know they came, and when I call back again, Im met with rudeness, and my roof still leaks. There were two occasions when I do know someone was here because I heard them stomping around on my roof. They were here for literally five minutes and the roof still leaks. At this point I need my roof to be completely redone correctly at no cost because a roof should not leak. I wish I could put video here because it literally pours through the roof and floods my patio. The lack of communication is appalling. The lack of commitment to day and time of work is unacceptable. The poor quality of the work is beyond words because I cannot believe that this company thinks that this is acceptable for a brand new roof to leak to the point where my patio floods every time it rains. I dont know if theyre hoping that I will just go away if they ignore me, but thats not going to happen. I want this fixed and I want it fixed correctly.

We are very aware of the situation with Ms. ******* awning. However, with the recent unprecedented rain fall in the ******* area we have not been able to get backout to address the situation. It may be our product, or it may be her shingle roof and where they attach. We have to have several days of dry weather so we can apply caulking to seal the affected areas. Due to the health of the owner, we are not always able to answer all phone calls. We do have an answering service and always return all phone calls the very next day. We are sorry for this inconvenience and will do everything in our power to remedy the situation ASAP.
